We went there for my both my daughter's and they both had one cavity after 11 yrs for my oldest and my youngest had one under her gum. Well they quoted my so much for a silver filling for my oldest being it was a back tooth and a while filling for my youngest. Well after we got there they started working on my oldest tooth, and they had to use laughing gas for my youngest. What scared me they didn't know how to use the machine right away. They finally figured it out. And after they fixed my oldest tooth and everything got done we get the bill and seen they charged me for a white filling for my oldest and not for the silver filling. And my insurance only covered so much of the dental stuff but not for a white filling they didn't approve it so I ended up having to pay out of pocket. Just say I wasn't going back there again. They also said we talked about a white filling and I said for my youngest but not my oldest. I'm Sorry but I'm not being taken for no dummy they lost my business. After many decades of extensive dental work, I experienced my first dental nightmare. In my opinion, I received dental care that was not only painful, but neglectful. I have never had a dentist miss decay on imaging. It is my opinion they “missed it” until the decay reached my bone. They extracted the tooth. My options were to get a bridge or an implant. I find that to be a convenient way to “extract” more money from me. Has anyone else out there experienced this with the Dr. Krebs (‘s) practice? Please post. I called to request that THEY make this right and cover the implant. They refuse to get back to me. I plan to pay for an ad in the local paper to draw attention to my experience and to see if anyone else has had similar experiences. Dr Aaron is new to Krebs complete dental. I just had 2 crowns done today, both upper front teeth. They look amazing! Thank you Dr Aaron and your staff. I recommend him, beautiful work.

Dr. Krebs is a very thorough & compassionate dentist. I felt that he was very honest in his recommendations for my treatment.
