Very friendly staff , genuinely care about their patients

The office people are a mess dont care, treat you like you dont matter, called and was lied to often. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Poor customer service!

The Dr. Is good but the office people are horrible. They treat you bad like your a burden and they always make you feel like just being a patient is causing them pain.

I have not really been a fan and after 4 years my wife and I have yet to actually see Dr. Rigdon, I'm not sure why. But just yesterday 6-16-20 I went for a routine visit to review my latest bloodwork and nobody had a mask on in the office. The equipment used on me was just put back without wiping down. The staff never had masks on. The staff never sanitized their hands. I really felt like it was a speedy service. When I was told to decrease a vitamin supplement I asked what would be the cause for high levels and the staff had to pull out her iPhone to look that up, what?! We will be changing to another doctor that also focuses on nutrition. I understand Florida is mostly retired and older people on tons of meds but this clearly isn't the doctor to use for young healthy people. I'm still torn why they didn't have protection on for handling patience and possible COVID-19, did this doctors office know something I did not and wasn't concerned even though they reported that cases are now spiking. I'd be more than happy to have a conversation with Dr. Rigdon personally, but I know I'm not important. Excellent doctor but difficult to see him as he is so busy with two offices, but his PA and NP are excellent also and I do not mind seeing them. All are very thorough and knowledgeable. This is the path healthcare will take with more and more para professionals, however, I find most of them to be excellent and able to spend more time with the patient.

We loved the staff. Everyone is kind and very helpful. Trish the NP was absolutely amazing, very detailed, and took great care of my husband and me.

Difficult to see the doctor, more likely to see the PA or NP, despite asking for appt with doctor.

I just started seeing Dr Rigdon as my PCP. I feel like I made the right choice. Even though I’ve only seenhim once, going back after I get lab work done, we seem to be on the same page as far as how to approach my care. I was wondering how he would react to my having so many things wrong. His thinking, and approach to all of my illnesses was right on. I think he’s really going to help me.

Have been Dr. Rigdon's patient for 7-8 years. Entire family goes to him. Broad knowledge, investigates with necessary labs and imaging. Recommends and tracks age appropriate health screenings for wellness and makes the referrals. Punctual, no long waits. I never feel rushed and he always asks what questions I have then explains answers in understandable ways. I highly recommend Dr. Rigdon.

Dr. Rigdon is the most caring and very knowledgeable in all areas of medicine! I didn't even have an appointment but walked in to pick up prescriptions. I complained of dizziness and tingling. He told me to wait and within 30 min , blood tested for sugar, thyroid, and was sent to neural skeleton imaging! Within 3 days prior to going to neurologist , the MRI stated possibly MS! Sometimes people go back and forth to doctors, but I can reassure you, Dr, Rigdon will go the extra mike for you!
