great customer service always friendly

Dr . Dietze has fixed all my teeth and has gone above and beyond. I had some horrible work done prior to meetimg him and he was the only one in the whole area offering IV sedation. Well as the saying goes good work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t good so wanted to say something as I seen the other two reviews. I don’t understand why they thought he was going to give them free service. This man has proven to me that he will take care of his customers. My kids love him. Only dentist they have found comfort in going too. He has been great for me and my family, prices have been reasonable with my insurance also.

Randy did a spectacular job on seven implants of mine. They are just like real. I wouldn’t know the difference if they weren’t mine. I am currently having a crown put on a front tooth and his attention to detail is worth trying this dentist if you are in the market.

I Was told from people in town that he would do cash deals for implants and i went in and talked to him 3 times and he wanted to do 5 implants for16,073.00 No Deals from him he didn't even listen to what I wanted done he wanted to fix 5 and I wanted 2..Would never go back.. And was charged $277.00 for a Cone Beam CT both jaws..My Dentist had sent him all my information with Scans and X-rays but he said they didn't receive Cone beam CT..Im and old guy living on Social Security.So I went to Green bay.. I went to see Dr Dietze to do some implants for me. My friend had quite a few implants and he cut her a nice deal. At the first visit I got a Consultation and told me to come back that would give him time to do a plan for me.He sent me a bill after 3 visits for the CT scan which my other Dentist had sent all the X-rays. I just wished I could get my teeth fixed. He wants almost $300,00 after my previous Dentist sent him what I thought was the X-rays and CT scans but he himself took the CT scan. He didn’t have any one else to do it I guess. I wouldn’t mind paying him the $300.00 if he did anything for me I went to see Dr Dietze to do some implants for me.
