All I can say is that I am beyond happy with this clinic of great proffesionals, from the coordinator to the front desk staff and the massage team. Very satisfied with my results from Dr Dean.

THIS OFFICE CANCELLED (NOT RESCHEDULED) MY SURGERY THEN ASSERTED A CLAIM ON MY GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT, FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY FINANCE COMPANY FOR SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER RENDERED AND HAVE CAUSED A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON MY CREDIT!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! AFTER MY NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS, IT DOES NOT TAKE 3 MONTHS TO PROCESS A REFUND!!! IN JUNE, I WAS ASSURED BY ISABEL ALVAREZ THAT THIS MATTER WOULD BE RESOLVED BY THE END OF THE WEEK, YET IT HAS NOT BEEN AS OF TODAY'S DATE!! ITS FUNNY HOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY DON'T TAKE CALLS AND ONLY COMMUNICATE BY EMAIL NOW, BUT YOU HAVE FAILED TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE OR PREFORM THEIR DUTY TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER!! 1IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED POST HASTE, I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES FOR CIVIL THEFT, AS THEY WERE FULLY AWARE THAT NEITHER OF MY ACCOUNTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED AS NO SERVICE HAD BEEN RENDERED!! THE CHARGES WERE PROCESSED AFTER THE SURGERY HAD ALREADY BEEN CANCELLED BY THIS OFFICE! Yesss I have made the BEST decision ever!! My visit with the attending Doctor was very thorough. He explained to me what would work for my best interest and advised what I should accomplish for optimum results. Hi everyone, Very excellent doctor. You are in great hands. My results are amazing and I can’t help but to look at my nice derrière every time I pass a mirror or see my reflection in windows.
