Dr. Randy L. Levine

Dr Levine is very sharp and professional. Yes, receptionist needs a little bit of training but other than that great experience.

Receptionist is absolutely terrible.

Adrian is a disgustingly apathetic and irresponsible receptionist A family member of mine was seeing Dr. Levine with a life threatening disorder and had to push appointments back constantly. Adrian scheduled her multiple times in the wrong locations. She was virtually impossible to reach via phone calls, she always let calls go to message and rarely got back within the hour time period she was supposed to. Adrien also forgot to even schedule appointments, forgot to send in paperwork for insurances and would lie about her shortcomings to top it all off. Dr. Levine is not only a gifted and well trained physician, she is also a caring helping professional. My condition is complex and confusing and she has helped me using her clinical acumen, attention to detail, excellent follow up, and kindness.

Dr. Levine is wonderful and helped me through my diagnosis of aplastic anemia when I was 20. She set the bar high for all doctors that came after in terms of empathy, bedside manner, and attention to my care.

Wow, I called to ask a simple question about scheduling an appointment, whoever answers the phone is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Unbelievable.

Everytime I call the receptionist is extremely rude. She cuts me off when I speak and responds very sharp. I have called more than once and both times been given an attitude

Dr. Levine is excellent. I went to Dr. Levine after I had been diagnosed as a carrier of the Factor XI gene deficiency. Dr. Levine was able to prescribe blood work, and provide test results all within a week of first contacting her. Her care was outstanding - she took time to talk with me (before and after the exam) and was able to explain my blood work results in great detail. I would recommend Dr. Levine to anyone; she is reliable, knowledge, and has fantastic bedside manner. Dr. Levine is excellent. Dr. Levine was the head doctor leading the diagnosis and treatment of my partner. Because of her expertise he was treated promptly and successfully. Her attention to detail, clarity in communication, follow up and follow through are exceptional. We were impressed with the level of care we received from her and her team. I would highly recommend Dr. Levine. Not only is she a great doctor who is respected and recommended by others in her speciality, she is a great human being. I wanted to see Dr. Levine but her receptionist, Adrian, refused to give me an appointment. At first I told her I was in severe pain. I pleaded that I needed an urgent appointment. Adrian was dismissive, uncaring and rude. She said the only appointment available was in 6 weeks. She said I should find another doctor. I told her she was rude and she hung up on me. Thankfully I found another MD.

Reliable!! Thorough!! I have been going to this doctor for years. I'll pay the extra money because she's worth it!! My family and I believe that she really cares about our wellbeing. Her office gets messages to her. She calls us back promptly. She gets scripts to the drug store efficiently. She is both my hematologist and my PC physician and has made excellent recommendations for me (GI and cardiologist).
