Dr. Munver, a highly skilled and experienced surgeon, performed my nephrectomy when I donated my kidney in May, 2022. Dr. Munver is patient, kind, and an excellent communicator ensuring that I was prepared and well informed throughout the process and that all my questions were thoroughly answered. My experience far exceeded my expectation. After only two and a half days I was off all pain meds including acetaminophen and in two weeks I felt back to my active energetic self taking one hour walks.

My former urologist didn't take my new insurance so I needed a new urologist. I was lucky enough to find Doctor Munver(DM) after a friend of mine mentioned that I should call DM. I was suffering from BPH for about 10+ yrs which had progressed to the point that it was affecting my quality of life in a negative way. DM and his team did all the the proper tests and suggested that I consider getting the "green light laser" procedure. I had the procedure done and it was truly life changing ! Everything went smoothly throughout the process, great communication great follow up and results that have exceeded my expectations by far. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone experiencing similar issues see DM and his team. I am SO happy to have Doctor Munver as my urologist, my quality of life has vastly improved and I cannot thank him enough.

To begin with I went online to find a urologist who had positive feedback from his patients. The urologists I had seen did not make me feel comfortable and were rushed or business like. Fortunately, in surfing the internet I came across Dr. Munver. When I first met Dr. Munver he approached me and asked me in a very kind manner how he could help me. Seven years ago Dr. Munver saved my life when I was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. He was patient, kind and caring. Because of his expertise in robotic surgery, he was able to remove my kidney with a less invasive surgery for which I will always be grateful.

I was under the care of a urologist for 15 years and was very happy. After my doctor retired i searched for a new doctor that I could trust and feel comfortable. I then saw a doctor who took over his practice and did not like him. I then began to see a new one and was under his care for two years. I was on two medications and was about to decide on surgery, I was not comfortable with that idea. I was referred to Dr Munver from my cardiologist. After seeing dr Munver for three visits. he performed tests that I did not have done before. I like dr Munver and feel absolutely safe with his diagnosis and his advice. My husband has seen Dr. Munver since 2010 when he had surgery to remove a renal pelvis carcinoma. Frequent checkups with Munver caught a 2nd growth a few years later. In Dr Munver's care my husband also had successful prostate surgery and, in 2021, eleven years later, Munver removed a tumor that had grown on his remaining kidney. The robotic surgery technique Munver employs, made for a faster recovery and the prognosis is good. I believe that Dr Munver has saved my husbands life, twice. Dr. Munver is available and caring and answered all our questions. His very busy staff is organized and helpful. The resident docs, on Munver's team, were quite knowledgeable and handled the post surgical care at Hackensack University Hospital always checking with Dr. Munver and getting instructions. My husbands stay at the hospital was only 3 days thanks to Munver's minimally invasive surgery. I can't praise Dr. Munver, his team, and Hackensack University Hospital enough.

How can I leave a 10 star review? Not only is Dr Munver an expert in his field, he is also caring, patient and only wants the best for those who come to him. He makes sure everything is clear. He is a rarity in the medical field.

I have been seeing Dr. Munver for quite a few years. BPH follow-up and the removal of a huge kidney stone . At every stage he explained the treatment options in understandable terms. He never rushed through a visit and answered all my questions. He is an outstanding physician and a compassionate human being.

Dr. Munver perform my kidney surgery in November of 2019. He was the most patient Doctor you could ask for. I was 70 years old at the time and I had never had any type of surgery before. He did an excellent job. I recovered and had my one year follow-up on December 3, 2020. All signs of cancer were gone. Dr. Munver is the best. I truly thank him with all my heart. My only regret is that I have to wait a whole year before I see him again.

I’m particularly partial to Dr. Ravi Munver because he saved my life 14 years ago. I had been treated by the head of Urology at another hospital in Bergen County and saw Dr. Munver for a second opinion on a recommended prostate procedure. Dr. Munver insisted that I take a serious of tests prior to rendering an opinion. He uncovered a cancer of the bladder during a cystoscope examination, which had been missed by my previous physician despite regular examinations. Dr. Munver has performed over 20 cystoscope examinations on me since my surgery 14 years ago, and I remain cancer-free. 5 stars seems hardly enough to communicate my respect and appreciation for his efforts.

Dr. Munver removed one of my kidneys when a malignant tumor was discovered growing in it. His response time to my calls and emails has always been very timely. He actually called me from a conference in France to let me know he would be in touch when he returned to the US. He has been clear in his explanations, thorough in follow-up appointments, and generally very thoughtful and pleasant in our conversations. During my procedure he took considerable time to remedy a number of issues he discovered that were the result of previous surgeries that did not involve him. He has been meticulous, accessible, and understanding. I truly believe that he approached me as a person, not just another piece of meat. I trust him.
