Dr. P treats you like family. I was happy that he asked me a lot of questions around my lifestyle. The staff is good too. I really enjoyed my experience with “Echo” Dave getting my echocardiogram. He was very knowledgeable and took his time. My experience with the stress test was good also. The only bad thing was driving back to my office and getting a speeding ticket on Fay Ave. It’s a parkway but the speed limit is 40mph. Drive safely! Dr. P treats you like family. Went to the office today! Dr. hugged patient! Was not wearing mask correctly! Disgusting!

I went to this Dr with a 90% blocked artery in my right leg I've been waiting for surgery but he waited so long it's 100% blocked & now I need open heart surgery so BE WARY LEAVE THIS DR FIND NEW DR

Dr. P saved my life. He was supposed to be leaving to go to India for his daughter’s wedding but he stayed until the next day because I wanted him to put my pacemaker in, on December 23, 2016. He put it in and while I was in recovery, he came in and checked me out and then he hugged everyone, including me and said that he had to rush to get to the airport! Yes, sometimes you have to wait for him, but it’s probably because he’s saving someone’s life. Dr. P saved my life. Don't go to this Doctor he's a liar and going to be sued very soon.

This doctor comes in and spits out a bunch of stuff while he's taking your pulse and then leaves. He's like a tornado and I feel like what just happened? I also did a stress test where my heart rate got to 220 and he was called into the room and again he took my pulse. He said nothing is wrong with me and wanted to give me meds for rapid heart rate. When I switched to a different doctor that entire episode wasn't even in my file!! This doctor comes in and spits out a bunch of stuff while he's taking your pulse and then leaves. From personal experience, any mention by previous review as "slow" is mitigated in light of "Dr. P's" attention to patient detail, significant understanding of the heart and the body's related functions, and should your office visit so indicate, he will immediately leave his practice (and those waiting), march you directly into the ER, and perform whatever proceedure is mandated, even open heart surgery, until you are out of recovery. THAT's Professional Cardiac Care. If you are otherwise not critical, in the office for evaluation, or to "chat with the doctor" about your prognosis, and you expect a swift visit, you should "have the heart" to understand the signifigance of Dr. Palaniyandi's practice of taking care of the very sick first and foremost. The next time, it could be YOU needing his immediate care. I highly recommend this Doctor! Dr Palaniyandi has been the cardiologist for both my husband and myself for many years. He has saved my husband's life on more than one occasion. We love and trust him implicitly. For the reviewer that complained of a 2 hour wait. That could have been while he was called out to the hospital and saved my husband's life or someone else's. These things happen with specialists, they get called out in an emergency. Dr Palaniyandi is the best there is in Brevard county as far as we are concerned.

Slow but good

Dr. Palaniyandi is an excellent cardiologist who really cares about his patients. My family Doctor called Dr. Pali while I was in his office after I described my symptoms. Dr Pali took the call, and told him to send me down to his office. Dr Pali saw me immediately. He and his office staff stayed late so I could be evaluated. He got me the tests I needed, and I had open heart surgery. I am doing great and I thank Dr Pali for probably preventing me from having a heart attack (I had a large blockage). Thank you Dr Pali. Dr. Palaniyandi is an excellent cardiologist who really cares about his patients. My family Doctor called Dr. Pali while I was in his office after I described my symptoms. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a doctor's office. Wait was over 2 hours. Doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me, ordered tests and mumbled something about ordering prescriptions, which his staff never did. Would not go to this man.

I love this doctor. I have a heart condition. Dr. P came to me when hospitalized. He re did my meds and I haven't been hospitalized since. He knows me personally. He always asks about my tennis which he learned when I was hospitalized. He hugs me after my visit and is a true friend. He cares about me. I love this doctor. I don't care how long I have to wait in his office. I know he is taking care of someone else the way he takes care of me.
