Today we seen Dr Howard's practitioner Mary Dillard and she is the Absolute best, she is so sweet and has the best personality, we just loved her. My mom has constant ear problems and the staff always goes above and beyond to get her seen. Dr Howard is her Dr but he was not there today but we are so glad that we got to meet his assistant. Hostile office. Long wait times. Staff treats patients as if they are a necessary nuisance and have to be dealt with. When you sign in they want your SS#, $50.00 no show fee, permission to harass you by any means if you are late on a payment, no cell phone allowed sign on the door, and you wait over an hour to be seen. And hour and a half you will never get back. For mediocre service. There is better service available where patients are not treated like delinquents before proving to be such.

My dad just had his trach changed out here for the second time. We are always nervous when people mess with his trach, because most people know nothing about them. But Dr.Howard has done great both times. He's very knowledgeable and friendly.

Incredibly rude. Would not listen. Had to go to Harbin Clinic to get issue fixed. Wouldn't trust with my dog. Would have given zero stars if that was an option.

100% Recommend seeing this physician! After reading some reviews I was a little skeptical, however after saying that, my background is medical actually working for years at Atlanta ENT so I know the protocol & was willing to see Dr Howard. SO GLAD I DID! They worked my son in with their already booked appointments & we only waited about 45 minutes AND THAT'S UNHEARD OF unless its a true emergency. Normally you will wait weeks if not months to be seen. The staff was very kind, respectful, & knowledgeable. He took his time, did not rush or "corral" us like some docs. Didn't push for surgery or in-house unnecessary costly procedures. Refereed him for CT & sleep study & what we thought were allergies for years(by his PCP & even neurosurgeon), wasn't allergies at all! My son has been a patient of Dr. Howard for 16½ years. Dr. Howard has been wonderful he has done every surgery my son has ever had done which includes tonsils, adenoids, ear, and sinus surgery the first sinus surgery was at 5 years old. He also done a surgery for me also. I love Dr. Howard and the way he has treated my family he is one doctor I trust. When my son got diagnosed with CVID he didn't act like he knew everything about it, he told me upfront that he didn't know a lot about it but that he would look into it and he has , we don't see him as much as we use to because my son does treatments to keep him better. I would recommend Dr. Howard to everyone and over the years several of the people I referred came to him as a patient. I also love the office staff they are wonderful. Would recommend seeing another doctor, if see Raymond Howard second opinion is a must. He has no problem rushing into surgery and creating a bigger issue then before.

Been going here for years and no problems.

Dr Howard is the best of the best! He knows his stuff and he’s great with myself and my son. He has done my sinus surgery, tubes and took my sons t and a surgery. He’s explained everything well to us. His staff has been nothing but nice to our family!

I’ve been going to Dr. Howard for years because I saw another ENT and he told me I was out if his scope since I’ve had ear problems since childhood. Dr. Howard has treated me and is always very nice and the girls in the office. They consistently try to run on time and the one time I had to wait a while the Dr and the nurses kept apologizing. I had to see Cari, the nurse practitioner today for Vertigo and she was so awesome and spent time with me and seemed to really care. Highly recommend them. They also have allergy and hearing testing. Dr. Howard is an exceptional doctor. He is down-toearth, brilliant but unassuming, listens to patients, easy to talk to. I highly recommend him. My procedures have been tremendously helpful. My allergies problems have improved to much.

I bring my 80 year old grandfather here to Dr. Howard and the wait is getting worse every time. Papa has end stage Parkinson's and COPD. I brought papa in in a wheelchair, his tracheostomy, and his portable oxygen tank and we got moved to two different rooms. A fter 35 minutes in the back I informed the ladies we had been there for 30 minutes and that Papa had a bowel movement on himself. Our appointment was at 10:50. At 11:31 the Dr. finally came in. I really appreciate them making my daughter feel comfortable. She has been to 4 different ENT and she really likes this one. They are friendly and professional. I am at ease with them and feel they care for my daughter's hearing as much as I do. Never have I waited for hours to be seen and he didn't have to wait months for our first appointment. Great Doctor! Has helped my kids alot.

He literally saved my life. For 3 months, I had been going to another ENT doctor who diagnosed and treated me for sinus infections. In one visit, Dr. Howard found a cancer in my sinus. I have gone through surgery and radiation for this cancer. Now I am happy to say that I am cancer-free. I owe everything to Dr. Howard because if it weren't for him I probably wouldn't be alive today.

I went in for one thing and they totally ignored my concern and prescribed me something I told the nurse I could not take. I will not go back. Dr. Howard was in the room when i waled in back to me and walked over to my chart and to PA that she could take care of me which was fine but he never said hi, nice to meet you and walked right past me like the reason I wa s there was not important enough. Went to get my throat checked out, and Dr. Howard used some fancy tool to look up my nose. Next thing I know, my insurance is billed about $500 and I'm billed $250. The bill says "surgery," and they claimed that looking up my nose was surgery.

I'm giving a 1 because I went Monday as a self pay patient to have my throat looked at. Why Most where nice there for thr most part some were not and I paid $640 to be seen and have a scope done. I went to Harbin today paid $113 & had the same thing done and it is not even what I was told it was on Monday. I was also told to come up with 1550 before they could do surgery. Harbin is doing it as soon as possible and i get to just make payments when I can. Wish I would have went to Harbin ear nose and throat first could have saved alot of money and had the right diagnosis. Took $249 out of my pocket and $640 total with insurance all for looking at my throat. Never explained that he was doing "surgery" by sticking a tool up my nose. Robbed my blind.

The best doctor I've ever been to. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He saved my life and it is because of him that I am alive today. I would highly recommend him if you want a super smart doctor who loves his patients.

He was rude and uncaring about finding what was causing my headaches and neck pain. I would not recommend him to anyone. His office personnel said I had a mass on my brain and needed an MRI. He then planned his schedule so that I was to wait two weeks before learning the results of the MRI. I requested that the results be sent to my primary doctor, who even called and talked with Dr Howard PA. They refused to send it until pressure was put on them. No, I would never recommend Raymond Howard.

Has a very rude a bad attitude with no compassion as to why the patient is really there. Howard is a know it all that fails to explain anything to the patient b/c he feels the will be talking over their heads like they are a bunch of dummies.
