Just hung up with very nice receptionist....who informed me that Dr. Jones DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY VISION INSURANCE PLANS!! ????

Dr Jones is a wonderful man. Very knowledgeable. Always takes time to completely examine you. I go in almost not seeing but leave there with full vision. Great place, nice and courteous employees.

Very bad customer service! Would not recommend they lose paperwork, can’t get your information correct, lousy workers.

My husband and I both agree Dr Jones is the best !! Very professional and friendly !!

I drove 110 miles roundtrip to see Dr.Jones. I don't mind at all.He was able to see me the day after I called gave me a thorough exam explained the medication he prescribed and made follow up visit. The whole office is amazing.

Hands down the best eye doctor and staff I have ever seen.

I have been there once & Dr. Jones was great. He did excellent with my son, was very thorough & explained things well. I made an appointment for me & my 2 children the following year 2 months in advance of our visit. We show up at the time of our appointment, & are the only patients present in the waiting room. I am advised that since I did not answer my phone the day before or call them back to verify my appointments, my appointments have been given to someone else. I checked my missed calls & voicemails & let them know that I never received a call or a voicemail from them. I am told I will have to reschedule as my appointments were given to someone else (again, the waiting rooms are completely empty). Considering I just wasted an hour of my sick time picking up kids & going to an appointment that they gave to someone else even though I was at the appointment on time, I have found a different eye doctor. Dr. Jones is great, but his staff is rude & his office policies are absurd.

Did not like the fact that my eyes were not dilated since I am a diabetic. Glasses were too strong. I had to go elsewhere for my glasses. Staff and Dr. were nice.

The staff is extremely helpful and efficient, Dr Jones is above scale .Where the professional and personal stance is applied, I could not have had a better doctor. He literally saved my eyesight from a brutal chemical burn. Thank you once again Dr Jones for your service from yourself and staff.

The service here is great. I've gone twice and the most recent time Dr.Jones explained everything to me so I would understand it. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of glasses. I totally suggest going especially if your child goes to white hall middle school.

I had a great time there today. The staff was really nice and wonderful. Got my first set of contacts there and I'm getting adjusted to them. The Dr is great and very friendly. I noticed my insurance is not in their network, but I will keep on going back anyway. I would really recommend this one.

I have not seen this well in years with my contacts. He is very thorough and works with you until he gets your correction as well as it can be. Very impressed.
