I did not get to see Dr Santucci unfortunately because I went to the wrong location... This is for anyone who looks at this review to know that this address at HealthPark medical center is incorrect. Unfortunately the staff did not let me know this and then I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and they would not let me see the doctor I had to reschedule it for another 2 months into the future and I was not going to be in Florida so I have decided not to see Dr Santucci. This is too bad because I read very good things about him and unfortunately this is more about the staff and the office. I, like others who’ve left reviews, went to the wrong address because the correct address is not listed on Google Maps or elsewhere. The actual location of Dr. Santucci’s practice was not provided on any digital check-in material we received. We had no way of knowing where to go. The office called, but would not take us as we were, by that time, 15 minutes late. We were less than 5 minutes away. I believe that Santucci’s office has been made aware of this, yet has not remediated the issue. This review is not about Dr Santucci but about his front office. My husband and I see many doctors in the Ft Myers metro area. Dr Santucci has by far the most inefficient, inept, incompetent front office of all of the offices in the area. They have difficulty filling small requests and their follow through is non existent. We would find another pulmonologist but adore Dr Santucci. We find it hard to believe his practice can function when run so poorly. The office manager should be fired. I am a former patient. I moved away from the area— otherwise I would still be a patient.Dr Santucci is a very kind, caring person with an excellent bedside manner. He listens and always appears concerned about your well-being. He is also an excellent practitioner. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes the time to explain things to you. I wish he was still my pulmonologist. I am a former patient. Dr Santucci, I hope that you receive this email, as I have tried to reach you and your office for over a week. Results (Nothing) not even a return phone call? Had a Sniff test 11 days. Called to get answers, Nothing. called to have help in getting a better way to find out answers(Nothing). Asked for someone to call me back for additional questions(Nothing). I guess I am puzzled, as we had a comfortable time speaking to you about my problem breathing, as well my hospital visit, and I am still having problems breathing at night. Wanted to get answers where to go from here. This has been a long time for me to experience this difficulty. I would like to speak with you, and I know you are busy, but also I am a patient who has patiently waited to resolve my problem. Top doctor,,,,,well worth the long wait! Good doctors in Fort Myers area are hard to come by. Well trusted, smart guy!

First time I have pulmonologist that I look forward to visiting. He is kind and down to earth. I come away from an appointment feeling good and knowing he really listens. Would recommend him to anyone needing a pulmonary doctor.

Dr. Raymond Santucci is a kind, understanding, down to earth person. He was so intent on listening and answering all of our overwhelming concerns and fears. He was calm and patient with our questions.
