These guys saved my life. I was in tremendous pain for months on end before I came here. I had tried everything and I was losing my mind. Rebecca's team got me back to 100% in maybe two or three weeks of treatment. Every member of their team is a paragon of professionalism and compassion.

I am so glad that I found Integral Chiropractic. I had been enduring back and neck pains for many years. The pains got worse at times, and over time they had just become part of my daily life. Finally after one incident where the pain was so bad that I could barely move at all for a few days, I decided to stop procrastinating and start looking for treatment. Not having any referrals from friends and family, I started going through Yelp for chiropractors. I reached out to a few places requesting information and an appointment and Integral Chiropractic happened to be the first who responded. Initially I wasn't sure about it, as they are farthest from where I live. The other places which I looked up are much closer (within San Francisco) with the closest one just a couple blocks away from my house. I wasn't sure whether I could commit to the long drives. But after speaking with Rachel from Integral Chiropractic, I told myself, this is it. Rachel was super helpful listening to me and explaining everything. I felt like I would be in good hands. Surely, I was right. Dr. Wilson was very patient with understanding my situation and setting specific goals for my treatment. I always felt good after the adjustment. I never thought that I would get better with my pains which I have had for many years, but Dr. Wilson made it come true. Growing up as a gymnast, I had to put my body through a lot. Dr. Wilson and her team are amazing!! I've seen chiropractors over the past 25 years primarily for sciatic nerve/back issues and she is by far the best and most thorough. At the initial visit she takes x-rays. You are then set up on a program customized for your particular situation. My program included visits 3x's/week for 3 months. I just graduated today to 1x/week for the next 6 months. Check out the before and after x-rays of my spine which is now so much more mobile! The after photos are on the left. At each visit, clients warm up on a wobble chair, then the adjustment happens then custom exercises including a pre-core stretching machine, stretches on the vibration plate and other add-ons as needed. Start to finish takes about 20-25 minutes. I enjoy using the wobble chair & Pre-Core so much that I ended up buying them online. My golf game has never been better! I have not taken Advil in more than 3 months, headaches are gone, neck pain is gone, energy is up & my body feels great! She also has other helpful tips that you will learn along the journey including a magnesium powder supplement (Calm is the product) which has further helped with joint/muscle relaxation as well as helping with better sleep. She also recommended a CBD topical pain ointment to use when needed in place of Advil. Having no idea of what chiropractic medicine is or what it can help treat, I decided on a whim to walk into Integral Chiropractic. I had been having mid to low back pain with sciatica for the past month and was tired of being limited in my ability to do my daily activities. Every sneeze, mind you this was the beginning of a heavy allergy season AND I'm not a quiet sneezer, would take me down to the ground with pain. I was greeted very warmly by Krys who assured me that Dr Wilson could do a comprehensive initial exam including moving Xrays and would then be able to tell me if chiropractic medicine was something that could help me. I've been working with Dr Wilson and her staff for about 7 weeks now with a 3 times a week in office regimen which includes: adjustment, stretches, neck traction, and a vibration machine. My homework includes: foam rolling, easy stretches, and use of a neck orthotic. I am now moving better, able to sneeze (yay!) with minimal discomfort, and best of all, able to do my daily activities to care for and enjoy recreational activities with my family. Four months ago I walked....nope hobbled into Integral Chiropractic. Wearing $1500 custom fit orthotics that I had to have in even in my slippers. Walking barefooted was out of the question. Stood on 8" long pool noodles under my feet to take a shower. Getting out of bed in the middle of the night was so painful it took 30-45 minutes for my feet to relax enough to go back to sleep. Arms would lose functions, hands would fall asleep and as I find out head and neck were push forward. With a careful and complete exam and a very in depth consultation as to what I was looking to accomplish the treatments began. I started my recovery efforts knowing that in 60 days I had a 16 day Panama Canal Cruise coming up and I was not going to set on a deck chair to see the Canal I was going to experience the Canel. It was a bucket list item that was going to be lived to its fullest. Attached is a picture as to how the trip went. I have been coming to Intergral Chiropractic for about 3 years now. Prior to coming here I never went to a chiropractor. I thought I would never have to see a chiropractor my entire life but was I wrong. I heard negative stories from people about different chiropractors which made me nervous to go see one and made me hold out on going before I finally made a decision, I have to go something was wrong. I knew I had to see someone about my back when my body start feeling different and my lower back had a pain I never experienced before. Being almost 30 at the time and having a lower back issue was kind of scary. I start looking online to find someone that knew what they were doing. I looked and I called a few places but they had some negative reviews which I do not want when it comes to my back and body. Dr. Wilson had great reviews. Dr. Wilson also has a professional athlete as a client, one of the giants coaches comes here so I knew she must be good. So I made an appointment and decided to start seeing a chiropractor. At first I thought it could be an easy fix and start adjusting right away especially when people told me stories about chiropractors who start adjusting right away which is not good at all and should probably stay away from them. Dr.Wilson sent me to get X-rays like a good chiropractor should and she looked them over. The next visit she then gave me the news I had Spinal Degenerative Disease in my lower vertebrae. I had no idea what that was but I heard the word disease and thought I was in for an early death. She then told me this can be fixed. I am glad she said this could be fixed because I never want back surgery or the use of pain killers. The news made me realize I was in for a long road. Being an electrician, like an athlete I need to use my body at work and feel good not in pain otherwise your performance will be bad. I also go to the gym and stay active so I need every part and piece of me to be healthy. I have a long career and life ahead of me and did not want to be broken before 30 years old. I made the best decision to come here. I do not think I could have chosen a better chiropractor than Dr. Wilson. The entire staff at Intergral are the best. The moment you walk in the door it feels good to be there not like going to the dentist or regular doctor visits. I'm an athlete who wrestled for 8+ years and has been lifting for 10+ among other sports and outdoorsy type activities. I went in pretty skeptical of chiropractic work in general but after the first session the difference in how I felt was very noticeable. I originally had a lot of random aches and pains in my back and shoulders just from old injuries or scar tissue from lifting or whatever else I had been doing but after the first adjustment, I would say at least a third of those just went away. I never realized how out of whack my skeleton was and how much of an impact that has on my nerves. I've been going at least once a week since and I feel a lot better. I recover from lifting soreness faster, I feel more well balanced, a lot of the aches and pains I used to have are just gone since my nerves are no longer pinched. This specific practice is really friendly and caring when it comes to patient comfort and they are supporters of full transparency when it comes to what's happening with your body and what they are doing to remedy it. Dr. Wilson, Dr. Amy, Miss Rachel and Miss Krys are just fantastic!!! I have been going to IC for about 8 months now, and the practice is way more than I could have hoped for. As someone that has needed neck-crackin-care for the last 10 years due to a sever car accident. My experience with Dr. Wilson and Dr. Amy has been by far the best care that I have received to date. They have state of the art x-ray analysis, exercises that most Chiro groups do not offer, a flexible calendar, friendly staff, an awesome atmosphere and are knowledgeable on many wellness related issues. Together, Dr. Wilson and I went over my motion x-rays (first visit), have consulted routinely, and continuously chat about my physical pains / limitations. The Integral Chiropractic team has saved my life and showed me how to live the best life I can. Before I met Dr. Wilson and Rachel, I lived a completely different life. My normal routine would consist of checking my Excedrin supply for the day, as I had headaches from the moment I woke up to the moment I got home from work. I thought 4 hours of restless sleep would give me enough energy to get through the days. I used to say things like “sleep is for the weak” just to make myself feel better about my lack of quality sleep. Dr. Wilson was extremely thorough in her assessment of my issues and I have been getting my adjustments done for the past two months and I am certainly loving it. I invited Dr. Wilson and Dr. Pooja to give a presentation at my place of work and I am so glad I did. I went in thinking I was going to be perfectly fine and found out that there were actual reasons as to why I wasn't always feeling 100%. I went in at the end of June 2016 after dealing with a minor infection and met with Dr. Wilson. There is an initial consultation (questionnaire/interview like) and I had initial x-rays taken. Like any healthcare visit, always be honest with your doctor -- tell them what's wrong, what hurts, don't hold back, and tell them if you take any medicine or anything you think may have affected your condition. Your medical history is important since it will help give a doctor insight, so the more info the better. My x-rays showed a lack of motion and a spine in not so great condition. I've always had major back pains during my period, to the point where I either have to stay home in bed or I have to take both Advil and Midol to numb the pain so I can get on with my day. My back pains got worse over the years, so I finally found Dr. Wilson through Yelp, where I was happy with reading reviews, and by location since Integral Chiro is about a 5 minute drive from where I work. I am about halfway through my short-term intensive "treatment" (going in for adjustments and corrective exercises 3x/week for 3 months), and I have been feeling better. For one, it's a great reason and break to get away from my desk at work, get adjusted and stretch, and also sometimes you just need some positive vibes. Jessa at the front and everyone else in the office (Dr. Wilson, Dr. Pooja, and Rachel) are always positive and full of energy, and smiles are contagious, so even on days where I've been feeling stressed from work or tired from lack of sleep or on slightly under the weather from an impending cold, it's nice to step into Integral and have everyone give you energy, both mentally and physically. I'm a slightly introverted person, so sometimes the office seems overwhelmingly positive at times, but never in a bad way. The adjustments are quick and refreshing (getting my neck adjusted is my favorite, I think). Before I started going to Integral, I had a hard time turning my head to the left a little which was terrible when driving, but now I feel like I have much better motion in my neck thanks to the corrective exercises and adjustments. My lower back pains are not as frequent or lingering anymore, but also because I tell myself to move around more and make sure I'm getting up to stretch every once in a while. Anytime I don't feel great and I have an adjustment coming up, I make sure to tell either Dr. Wilson or Dr. Pooja what's physically bothering me, and they are nice and understanding about everything -- if I say my shoulders feel tense, they'll take a look and adjust my shoulders as needed, if I'm having intense lower back pain from periods, they'll focus on that area during adjustments. Dr. Wilson has also been great at talking to me about other things that may affect and/or help with period pains when I asked. I will say that chiropractic is not an end all be all for medical fixes (I'm writing up this review with a slightly stuffy nose and scratchy throat), but my visits to Integral Chiropractic definitely help. Dr. Wilson mentions that we should be taking better care of yourselves and not just visiting doctors only when you're sick -- so Integral Chiropractic is a good start towards a healthier lifestyle since it may help you get a jumpstart on healthier decisions, like eating better, getting outside more and not staring at your computer all day. Sometimes my back still hurts or I get a bad headache, but then I also remember I didn't drink enough water all day or for two days or maybe I was sitting in bed for a half a day on the weekend and not actually getting to stretch my body properly. I have to remember that even if I go in three times a week, I still have the rest of my hours of the day and week to make sure I'm not sitting with bad posture, not having my eyes glued to the phone with my neck curved down, so just keep in mind that while adjustments and chiropractic in general can make you feel good, it's also still up to you to upkeep your health on your own time as well. I saw Dr. Wilson two weeks before my baby was born. I had thrown my back out and was unable to walk without assistance. She had me walking within three days! I delivered my baby and it was a smooth delivery. I believe one of the reasons the delivery went so well Is because I was in alignment. This place is super professional. I've suffered from crippling migraine headaches for years. Every weekend, I'd be in pain and I couldn't figure out why. I definitely did not want to fill my body with pills to mask the pain. I got some x-rays done... My neck was completely messed up! I had been in a car racing accident a few years ago and it had done some serious damage to my neck. I started seeing Dr. Wilson approximately 3 years ago. I was at a point of dispair, feeling as if my life was over because of my back issues. I couldn't sleep, exercise, sit or walk without severe pain. Dr. Wilson is very knowledgeable, caring, and very good at what she does. She will also be very upfront with you. I have been experiencing knee pain and overall discomfort in my joints and neck. So I decided to visit Dr. Wilson who was referred to me by a coworker. During my first visit with Rachel and Dr. Wilson they explained the process to me and we worked out a plan to correct my issues. They also worked with me to come up with a payment plan. Everyone in the office is genuinely nice. Jessa, Rachel, and Dr. Wilson make you want to come back to the office just to hang out and chat. The adjustments are quick and painless. I would not go here again. This is one of those snake oil chiropractors. They act super nice than when its your turn bring you into a room and ask a hundred questions trying to get you to admit that the reason your back is out of alignment is because you might of had a broken leg when you were a child. They ignore fact that you just lifted a 100 pound bag wrong that same day and that threw your back out. Once the consultation was done than I seen the chiropractor she has you lay on the chiropractor table face down than proceeds to push on areas of your back and neck and asks if its tender and than makes statements like since that's tender its out of place. But since have family that are both chiropractors and specialize in reflexology I knew that every place she was pushing on was a pressure point and that's why it was tender. After pushing on ten or so pressure points and trying to scam you into thinking your back and neck is so bad she finally adjusts you. But when she adjusts you she does not correct the problem. After that she says it will take at least 5 more times or more to get your body back in alignment. This chiropractor is all about false ideas that bring people back in over and over so they make more money. I have since gone to a true chiropractor and had one adjustment by him and the problem has been solved. Save your money and do go here. I would not go here again. Even though we have now relocated to the Sierra Foothills and are under another great chirpractor's care, my husband and I still visit Doctor Wilson and Staff at Integral Chiropractic whenever we are in the area. She continues to provide us with the care we have grown to expect and appreciate from her and are still actively encouraging her to consider relocating to our area so we can continue as her patients. My story is as follows: Prior to moving to the Bay area in September 2007, I had been under weekly chiropractic care. Months passed and I was always "going to find a Dr." when I got settled in, but, I suppose I am a procrastinator. After a weekend in tears and not being able to lift my arms high enough to brush my hair, I decided to look for a chiropractor. I called Dr. Wilson and BLESS HER, she was able to see me that afternoon. She determined that the cause of the pain in my arms was cervical subluxations and pain in my back and legs was due to spinal subluxations. She put it rather nicely.... "Kimberly, you are a mess." Of course I knew that because my body had been screaming at me in the form of pain for several weeks. But she assured me that if I did what she said, I would get better. Dr. Wilson put me on a regimen of 3 visits a week initially and began to undo the damage to my body. I am pain free now but I still go for regular adjustments because I know that if I do not, all of the progress we have made thus far will be undone and I will end up back where I was before I found Dr. Wilson. After several visits, Dr. Wilson told me how my body was "retaining" toxins and how those toxins were seriously decreasing my quality of life.
