I found Dr. Tillmanns to be compassionate, knowledgeable & exceeding my expectations of medical personnel who goes out of her way to respond to one’s questions & needs. I highly recommend her!!

Excellent, caring, courteous doctor. Staff is professional and competent and makes you feel comfortable and welcome when entering the office.

Dr. Tillmans is a very good physician, and I would highly recommend her if you are a new patient looking for a PCP. She is professional, compassionate & truly cares about each and every patient. As far as the office staff, I don't understand some of the previous complaints? The staff is very good- Joanne is wonderful and is always helpful w/ appointments. When i was sick, I called their office at 8:30am and they got me in their same day, 1 hour later avoiding a costly trip to the ER. Tom E

Dr. Tillmanns' staff is wonderful. Everybody is very professional and takes great pride in taking care of patients. They work very well as a team, and it shows that they enjoy working together. This makes me very comfortable and I feel very much at ease and welcome when I go to the office.

I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of the office staff, and in particular, Cassandra whom I believe to be the receptionist. Some behaviors exhibited by Cassandra today include throwing a phone at my daughter, and refusing to answer questions. Her incredibly rude and disrespectful demeanor, her unkempt appearance and dirty hair do not exude a welcoming feeling to this physician's practice, and I am questioning the integrity of this physician who employs such office personnel. Staff was super friendly and professional. Made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Tillmans is always very professional and thorough. She doesn't do things that are not necessary or prescribed just because those procedures used to be routine. I like that. I like that she listens and responds accordingly. Very happy with my visit!

She is a very caring and nice Doctor, who unfortunately has an extremely rude and uneducated staff. I have never felt so disrespected and mistreated in any other office I have ever been to. Some proper training on people skills may really help. I would look elsewhere for a doctor if I were you.

Dr. Tillmanns is a good person. However, as others have mentioned booking appts are difficult and when you go in for one thing if you talk about another issue she wont address it. Not a good attribute as we age when there are multiple problems. I would not recommend to ppl who have multiple problems.

I think she is a good doctor, but she is hard to get an appointment with unless it is a physical that you have scheduled in advance. When I wanted to be seen to discuss an ongoing medical issue I had, she had one appointment that day and would not allow me to book it as maybe someone with an emergency might need it. I don't feel that I should have to wait to be seen for my medical problems.

Inattentive, difficult to book urgent appointments. Would not recommend.
