My husband was recommended to go to this doctor by his pcp for sleep apnea. He first made an appt and then they cancelled it, on the day of the cancelled appt they called to tell him he missed his appt(that they cancelled). When he finally had his appt they said he he needed a cap and it would take 2-3 weeks to recieve. It's been 7 weeks and they still don't have it. When you call the phone rings over 40 times before someone answers and immediately puts you on hold. She than tries to transfer you to speak to someone else, manager, doctor but no matter who it is they don't ever puck up. It's always this same run around. This doctor is dismissive, inattentive, and irresponsible, and his staff is absolutely incompetent. My grandmother came here as a new patient. The front desk, instead of ASKING if she's new and giving her intake paperwork to fill out (which is standard procedure) left her sitting for 1.5 hours!!!... until finally she had to aggressively inquire about why she's left ignored for so long. The MAs or PAs performing the initial diagnostics never introduced themselves. The doctor spent less than 20 minutes with her; NEGLECTED to review her current medications that she brought to show, and gave her a prescription FOR THE WRONG THING... which was sent to the WRONG PHARMACY, despite her handing him her pharmacy information, directly into his hands. The pharmacy they sent it to, btw, was not even in the same district as her; it is some default pharmacy they send patients to if they have no preferred place. HE DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO HER AT ALL!! My name is Gillian Nicholas and I would like to say with great pleasure that Dr. Reuven Moshenyat is by far one of the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Not only is he pleasant, he's loyal, honest, friendly, patient and attentive. Unfortunately I moved to a different as was unable to be his patient anymore , but only God knows how sad it has made me in the course of the years I've been without his services.. his staff are equally amazing and Anna, she's my favorite person. One of the most professional doctors I have encountered lately. Staff, Medical Assistant, and doctor are patient, diligent, caring and understanding of their patients. The office is warm and comfortable and they make you feel welcomed. Had three appointments at this location and only talked to the doctor the first appointment, after that the two others were with the technician. Came back after to get paperwork filled out for my job from the results and was told I needed to pay a copay and a visit for two papers. Rethink coming here!

I have very bad experience with dr Moshenyat. He used to work for Mamonidas Hospital. My mom was there - she died. Doctor has pretty smile, good personality BUT VERY BAD DIAGNOSTITION AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW PROPERLY TO TREAT SICKNESS. I would not recomend this doctor to anyone

I never had a doctor that was so nice and caring as Dr. Moshenyat :) He spends time with you ,listens and also a great diagnostician.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reuven Moshenyat for some time now and every visit was a pleasant one even on one of my bad days , he made sure I left his office feeling much better .
