Dr. Rhonda Raye Savage

My regular dentist retired so I tried Uptown. The findings were vastly different than my prior exam with my former trusted dentist. This didn't sit well with me so I got another opinion. The third dentist echoed exactly what my first dentist said and his price was nearly identical and much less than quoted by Dr. Savage. Additionally, the staff at Uptown seemed harried and unhappy. The front desk/phone person was difficult to work with. My exam took two hours, with only 30 minutes at most being actual exam work. The rest was sitting around waiting and missing out on work. (I am paid by the hour so this appt ended up costing me even though I have insurance.) The billing was very confusing and not straightforward.

I have recommended Dr. Savage and her team to many others. I know that they will receive the same excellent dental care that have since 2005 when I moved to WA. They are kind, professional and caring.

It does NOT matter how good of a dentist you are if your front staff is incompetent. I requested my family's medical records over 30 days ago after a number of issues with the office staff. The office staff's deliberate indifference to patients needs forced my family to go elsewhere. Still waiting for our records.

I broke a tooth while on the plane from Chicago to Washington on a Thursday. After several calls to local dentists, this office was the only one able to see me early Friday morning, although the office was technically closed until Monday. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the office and Dr. Savage's receptionist, Brittanie, as well as Dr. Savage herself. If I lived in this area, she would be my dentist of choice. I have recommended her to my daughter and son-in-law.

Talk about amazing! I love everything about this dentist! She is simply the best. Best of luck to you if you go elsewhere. I REFUSE to see anyone else!

I saw Dr Savage, for snoring/restless sleep. She did an exam/questions, said I likely have Sleep Apnea, ordered a device for home test. Device was returned to an MD specializing in Sleep Apnea. A report was sent to Dr Savage and verified that I have Sleep Apnea, she had a sleep appliance made for me, the first morning, I woke up and realized, I had slept the whole night through without as much as waking to go to the bathroom, which was usually several times each night. I wake rested/feel great
