Don't try calling or contacting this office. You leave messages, and they won't call back; when you call and if you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they don't know about your case.

Took 4 weeks of calling to get someone to answer the phone. Went to appointment and the 2 ladies with glass window open had no masks. While i was waiting the doctor comes in the lobby and is not wearing a mask. Saw the PA not the doctor for a “there’s nothing we can do visit”. Gave me script which made things worse. Called many times. No return calls.

Initial visit went well. When my insurance denied the facility they use for my surgery, I had to postpone. Dr. Cristobal was willing to do the surgery at the approved location and when I went to reschedule , I have yet to receive a return phone call after two attempts. The office staff is mediocre at best, It’s a pity really. I have since started to look for another surgeon capable of doing my Stapedectomy. Initial visit went well. They are all amazing people here everyone of them.

I have been seeing Dr Cristobal for 10 years now and he is a Great and very caring doctor. My surgical experience with him has been really excellent. Minimal pain and quick recoveries. He knows his stuff. His staff is OK, and getting someone on the phone can be difficult but his quality of care is worth navigating the staff hurdles. My ear-nose-throat specialist sent me to Dr. Cristobal because if my chronic ear infections due to old surgeries in the 1970s. Dr. Cristobal was very thorough in his examination, treatment, discussion of the underlying issues, and we talked about a repair surgery that would likely abate my chronic infections and drainage.

This office was far from a miracle for my husband. My husbands health and hearing declined after we were referred to this office.

One and a half hours waiting and still not even back to see the Dr. Not exactly efficient., I can say things have now improved. There is still typically a long wait, but it is much better than that first visit. Dr. Cristobal himself is wonderful, but the staff could use some work. I would now maybe increase this to 3 stars overall.

Dr. Cristobal and staff are miracle workers. I can hear again.

Doctor Cristobal is awesome, very patient and he listens, you can tell that he knows lot. I strongly recommend him.

Dr Cristobal and his staff has been extremely helpful to me over several years now. They've been accommodating to help answer small questions over the phone and when I needed to see someone quick for a ruptured ear drum they helped get me in ASAP. I highly recommend Dr Cristobal and is office.

My child can hear. What else can I say. We had 18 hours to decide on which cochlear implants to have implanted in our son, before total ossification made it impossible. He was direct, honest, and confident. He performed an already very complicated and delicate surgery on what was already difficult to correct. Once again, my son has hearing and it is becuse of the quick action that Dr. Cristobal took to allow this miracle to happen. If you don’t like his demeanor, keep in mind, he is a surgeon. Their minds are 50 steps ahead and it can be difficult to be an outgoing lively individual. I prefer my surgeons and doctors like this. They are no nonsense and truly gifted, they aren’t there to socialize. They are there to heal you to the best of their ability and more if they can. My child can hear. What else can I say. I was refered to Dr Cristobal from another ear doctor to do a Cochlear Implant on my ear that had already had multiple surgeries due to Meneires disease, and wasn't sure how the implant would work. The CI works great the surgery went well, however I never saw Dr Cristobal after I left the recovery room. My post on visits I was seen by PA's, and every appointment I've had since has been with a PA. The PA's are good and informative. The Audiologist in his office are great and very compassionate.

Dr. Cristobal is an excellent doctor. He is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. When I had no hope he gave me hope. I ended up being diagnosed with Ménière’s disease. The sad part is he can only help me manage what I have, as there is no known cures. He was the only doctor to really take the time to figure it out. I highly recommend him.

Very very kind! Cares for each patient...never feel rushed. He spent a lot of time explaining surgeries and end results. Would recommend highly to anyone. Yes sometimes he can run late BUT the trade off for us is well worth any wait since the care is superior to other physician offices. I? don’t require speed of waiting to quality of care.....his is the best

Dr Cristobal was the first doctor I was able to see who treated Menieners Desease in Fort Worth, TX. He was very nice, compassionate and knew who I'd been seeing and familiar with with the facility as he'd studied there. I've received excellent care there and they now see my daughter and her two sons. I've finally gotten fewer migraines, vertigo attacks, dizziness more under control, not gone, but so much better

My father is 97 and VERY hard of hearing in both ears. My brother and I accompanied him to this appointment from Colorado. Having not met Dr. Cristobal before, we were all uncertain of what to expect.Dr. Cristobal was warm and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The surgery went without a hitch. We could not be more pleased with the results. My Dad is hearing better than he has in a year!

Audiologist: Lindi Berry Has a lack of communication with her patients. Does not know how to consult with patients that are experiencing trouble. Never once recommended patient to see the ENT after multiple times of trying to fix the complications. Do not waste your time or money. Go else where to a doctor that cares for their patients.

I was his last appointment of the day. I felt that Dr. Cristobal was patient with me and not rushed. I am deaf in one ear and he always made sure that when spoke to me he was on my hearing side. Very personable! Staff were very helpful and professional.

Dr. Cristobal is an excellent physician and an exceptional human being.
