Dr. Richard Ashley had just performed a bladder stone removal for my husband. From the first visit until the end of the procedure, Dr. Ashley patiently explained the entire treatment. He is knowledgeable and very caring, and we're very happy to have found him on the internet, he happens to be one of the best! Thank you Dr. Ashley!

Dr. Ashley is an amazing Physician. The best doctor I ever had. I believe he's in Montauk.

Best of the best urologist. Superior doctor and surgeon in all respects. Supremely knowledgeable. Patient, caring and attentive. I had a difficult case, which he stepped into and deftly took over and brought me to a complete recovery. I recommend him without qualification.

Excellent physician. Caring, thorough and highly recommended. Unfortunately, he is no longer associated with Nothwell and their staff refuses to let people know where he is now located and instead acts as if they have "misplaced" him. It reflects very poorly on Northwell to respond in such a rude and unprofessional manner especially after Dr. Ashley's many years of practice. Shame on you Northwell.

Not much I can add to all the positive reviews. He is the best. North well has lost one of the top urologists. Just check out the listings of the top 10 doctors. He is on it. I would and have trusted him with my life.

Highly regarded as a professional. Treats patients with sincere interest almost as a friend. Have recommended him to many and can't understand the cold letter from Northwell Health stating he no longer is working there. A transitional plan from big Northwell would have been heipful regarding future appointments, prescription renewells, etc.to manage a perception of individual concern, rather than find your own way from this point forward.

I have been a patient for many years. I can not get in touch with this amazing doctor. They tell me he is no longer with the practice. I am 80 yrs old. If anyone knows what is happening please respond.

Dr. Ashley is an incredible physician- extremely knowledgeable, an expert urologist, surgeon and a consummate professional who closely monitors his patients medical condition and who cares deeply for their well being!! He removed my wife's kidney literally saving her life about a dozen years ago. My entire family have the utmost respect for this outstanding Doctor who is truly a credit to the medical profession. You simply cannot find a better urologist.
