Dr. Richard Caringal Baynosa

This Dr. Baynosa had my appointment cancelled after I waited over 2 months for it. They said they called me but they did not or why would I be there and they said the reason was he was all booked up with surgery until August. With talking with them then they said he was booked up on surgery until the end of the year. Which is it August or the end of the year. They couldn't even get their story right. A terrible office that's for sure and as far as the Doctor I never got to see him after waiting 2 months for my non appointment.

THIS OFFICE CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT AFTER I WAITED 2 MONTHS FOR IT. THEY SAID THEY CALLED ME BUT DID NOT OR WHY WOULD I BE STANDING THERE? THEY SAID THE DOCTOR WAS BOOKED WITH SURGERY UNTIL AUGUST AND THEN SAYING HE WAS BOOKED UNTIL END OF YEAR SO WHY DID THEY MAKE MY APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE? I HAD RUN ALL OVER TOWN GETTING ALL OF THE 4 TESTS REQUIRED TO SEE HIM FOR SURGERY. THIS WAS HEART BREAKING TO ME AS I REALLY NEEDED THIS SURGERY. THANKS A LOT DR. BAYNOSA YOU NEED NEW STAFF. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYBODY IN LAS VEGAS NOT TO GO TO YOU.

I went because of breast cancer 4 years ago I met him before the bilateral mastectomy he answered all my question he made me feel like he cares about my situation. He did my breast reconstruction he does a great job. He cares for his patients. He is the best I highly recommend him.

Dr Baynosa did my breast reconstruction after a bilateral Mastectomy. Amazing!! I am so happy with my results, him and his team were fabulous. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Richard Baynosa and his staff are excellent. Dr. Baynosa is an excellent reconstructive surgeon, best one in town, he is knows exactly what he is doing and is a perfectionist. He listens to you and educates you for the best outcome, by far he did the best job reconstructing my breasts after cancer. No scars, which is amazing, perfect symmetry and way better outcome than I could ever imagine. Arely who is his medical assistant has done so much for me through one of the worst times of my life, she was there to help, explain, educate and played a key role in my decision making, a God send both of them. I highly recommend Dr. Richard Baynosa and his staff for any type of reconstruction surgery, they are excellent and amazing people who treat you like family! Dr. Baynosa and his team are the best. I came to him because my other plastic surgeon did not believe me when I told him I was in so much pain after double mastectomy and implants that did not fit my body. Dr. Baynosa let me talk and knew exactly what was wrong me. I had to wait 8 months because of the pandemic but I tell you it was worth it. I was so frustrated when I came in I just wanted the pain to stop so I asked if he could just remove them I did not care about having no breast. Plus I was scared they would be messed up again. I just wanted to be pain free. He said I can do whatever you like or I can make you some from your fat. I said very little ones he said yes. Well I just had my surgery done 6/14 and this man and his team worked on me for 12 hours! 12 long hours! I needed a vessel graph as well. Dr. Richard Baynosa is the BEST! He assisted my breast surgeon, Dr. Jennifer Baynosa with my bilateral mastectomy when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After the surgery, I was pleasantly surprised to see there were no scars and I looked great, he was able to save the nipples too. I thank Dr. Jennifer Baynosa for recommending him. His office staff is excellent and caring as well, Arely his medical assistant spend a lot of time with me and made my experience exceptional and positive, she was so helpful in guiding me through the expanding process of the skin all way to deciding on how I wanted to look after reconstruction. Arely is a Godsend, like family. Dr. Richard Baynosa just finished my reconstructive surgery a little over a month ago, my breasts look beautiful, better than my old ones! I finally had my DIEP flap. I am so greatful for Dr. Baynosa. He helped me so much. Recovery was tough but it was so worth it. No need to have a breast implant which was my goal and I couldn’t have achieved that goal without him. I am also glad that it was easier to schedule the procedure with his new scheduler.

Dr. Baynosa has an excellent "bedside manner". I felt comfortable at each appointment. He explained everything he was going to do, even asked me questions prior to surgery. Excellent provider.

This is a very busy office. I would recommend dr baynosa anytime! They do have issues with their phone lines but that is being taken care of!

I personally had a horrible experience with Richard Baynosa with reconstruction after double mastectomy for breast cancer. He is ridiculously cocky, immature, cold, unfeeling and personally insulting to me. He does not like questions. Two staff members seem to know what's going on but the rest are horribly equipped to be in this setting. Rude, rushed, unfriendly and potentially dangerous. I need further attention after my procedure and will not allow him to operate on me again.

Dr Baynosa is the VERY BEST THERE IS! Dr Baynosa treated our family member from 10/29/18-11/3/18 and provided OVER THE TOP EXCEPTIONAL care. Dr Baynosa explained in great detail what exactly was going on after great inspection of the wound and discussed all of our options! We feel we were in the VERY BEST HANDS while being treated by Dr Baynosa and his colleagues and staff. We were on vacation, away from home and we were so relieved at the amazing expert we had treating our son. THANK YOU

Apparently since he's specialized in breast enlargement, he's used to dealing with strippers and that's probably why he and all his staff are so unprofessional. I've had a scheduled surgery with him cancelled twice now, first one with a 5 minute advance notice, second one with a 14 hour advance notice. Isela from his office who is in charge of the scheduling, can only tell you it's not our fault and we we'll get back to you when we have an update, but I can't even tell you what day that'll be.

Dr. Baynosa as a surgeon is fine to deal with, but his staff is absolutely horrible & unprofessional. They're very rude on the phone and in-person, particularly his schedulers. Some of the nurses are also lazy and unclear when helping with major post-operative care. It's unfortunate that Dr. Baynosa's personal professionalism is overshadowed by his staff's apparent total lack of care for his patients.

Dr Baynosa is very nice but sadly did not know how to treat my problem, he referred me for a laparascopy surgery,and what i really needed was an abdominal wall reconstruction with a cosmetic component. Lucky for me I found Dr Banich to do the abdominal wall repair with a mesh, and Dr Marvin Spann did the cosmetic component, it turned out to be a four hour surgery with magnificent results. I am very pleased and glad Dr Baynosa did not do the surgery,even with a CT-scan he thought i should have a laparoscopy! Huge misdiagnosis, definetly not a doctor for abdominal surgeries!! When I visited with Dr Baynosa, he was very professional and the first visit was the best. But it is sad that his staff was not like him, I was going to utilize my insurance but they didn't cover the TT, which I was fine with, but his staff keep billing my insurance after I paid cash, nobody has called me back. Dr was great. But his staff needs a major improvement
