Dr. Richard N Benjamin

It took me 2 and a half years to pick a qualified dentist and I finally found the one I wanted with Dr.Benjamin. I have had no problems with him.

The office staff were professional and friendly on the surface and Dr Benjamin and his assistant were very nice on the surface. Was looking for a new dentist and I'll have to continue my search. ???? ????

Dr. Christy Benjamin, Mary the hygienist, Robert, June, Deirdre, and everyone at the office are SUPER KIND, SWEET, GENTLE, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, and PROFESSIONAL! I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and have never been disappointed. They are a phenomenal team of dental experts and I can’t say enough good things about them! I have always had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a kid but these professionals assuaged my fears and kept me in the loop every step of the way! This family always attends to my problem or check-ups in the friendliest, most professional manner - as do the staff. The office is so very clean. And, if you are afraid of dentists, I recommend Drs. Christy and Richard Benjamin who will make you look forward to your next visit. There is parking in the back of the building, FYI.

As a patient of Richard N. Benjamin DDS I am always amazed at his skill level how quickly he solves any problem from minor to complex and his ever present pleasantness. He is quite a find. I hold him in such high regard that I have entrusted my 91 year old mother to his care. She is by no means easily pleased but she too enjoys being cared for by Dr. Benjamin. Have been coming here for years! The staff are so nice and the office is very clean!

Took my elderly father to them for a broken tooth...they were wonderful, and very patient with him!!!

This place was very nice and friendly. Since last year everything was change. On Friday I got phone call from staff to cancel my appointment that I made it almost 2 months ago. I need to do just cleaning but she cancel me because she wanted me do deep clean. I did call back today and asked. Turn out staff just want to cancel me not the office. Seriously!!! DENISTRY is great in the back. The front desk is not. I had an appointment scheduled and they called and texted me 3 times in one day(5 days before my appointment). I could not get back to them that day because I cannot be on my phone at work and do not take breaks. So the next morning she told me that she was canceling my appointment because other people needed it because a holiday weekend was coming( this is 4 days before my appointment) I have decided to go elsewhere not because of the dentist and assistant they are wonderful but they really need to rethink their front desk. They made me feel that I was not of any importance as a patient and that the other patients were of utmost importance. DENISTRY is great in the back. The front desk is not. Husband received 2 crown #7 /8 and they constantly fall off. Went back several times still having problems with it . Benjamins answer to this was to bad. .

Dr. Benjamin is hands down one of the nicest people I've ever had the liberty of knowing. He was my dentist all throughout my childhood. As a adult I made poor decisions, one of them being I chose a new dentist. That dentist messed one of my teeth up. I called Dr. Benjamin's office and without hesitation he called me right back and squeezed me in. I'd recommend him and his practice to anybody. The whole staff is so friendly! I Love going to the dentist and refer everybody I know. I could fall asleep in the chair, and sometimes I do.

I've been going to Dr. Benjamin's office for over 20 years now. I am so comfortable there that I wouldn't even want to switch to another dentist (unless I moved out of state of course). There is never a wait. The staff is friendly, the hygienist are gentle, and Dr. Benjamin and his daughter Christy make you feel at ease. I'd definitely recommend them!
