Charles Town Smiles Denist Office has the friendliest workers and comforting experience I have ever experienced . The Best part no pain . Highly recommend this Office for your family

It was a fantastic experience especially with not having been in quite some time. It was simple with helpful and courteous people. I know I made the right decision in going to the dentist again and also with choosing Charles Town Smiles. I feel like I'm in very good hands with my dental care.

I have been searching for a dentist for a long time, all the while acquiring quite a bit of dental work that needed to be done. I finally found Charles Town Smiles that takes my insurance, so I made an appointment. From my first impression, I could tell it was a smaller type business with a very friendly atmosphere. The office staff was friendly and personable, very kind and nice. When I met Dr. A, I was very impressed. She is awesome! She has a wonderful bedside manner and explains everything very well. She knew what she was doing and I trusted her to do my very first root canal, that I had been putting off (and had teeth extracted in the past because of my fear and insecurity of having a root canal). It's been a few weeks, as I am waiting on my appointment for my permanent crown bridge(root canal - 3 total crowns). All in all, highly recommend Charles Town Smiles for your dentist needs. Give them a call.

This was my first visit to this dental office, and I was so impressed. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly . The dentist was so patient and took her time to explain everything that she was going to do while extracting my broken tooth. I had no anxiety and no discomfort. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

All of the staff are extremely welcoming and kind! I was super nervous about going to a new dentist, especially because I hadn’t been in a hot minute, but all of those worries washed away once I was in the chair. Highly recommend this location ????

Very Pleasant Experience as a New Patient. The technology utilized, friendly and efficient staff along with the dentist put me at ease. I felt very confidant in their abilities and look forward to future visits. In the military we would give them a Big Bravo Zulu.

I’ve been going to Dr. Diaz since I was little girl and now my husband and five children also go there. I’m not going to lie, I was upset when I heard Dr. Diaz was retiring but I was also happy for him. Although I miss the small town business/service Dr Diaz provided to his patients, I have had good experiences so far with the new staff. They have been very kind and personable to all of us. However, I do wish they were more accommodating with their customer’s schedules like Dr Diaz was. They are no longer open on Fridays and Dr Diaz would always do his best to fit you in when needed.

Friendly staff n excellent service.

Everyone was friendly and did a great job.

They were friendly, prompt and professional. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I believe the dentist was legitimately concered about my teeth and gums than he was about the pay check. Many other dentists just want to rack up the cost for a bigger pay check I enjoyed their professionalism and kindness while in the chair.

After Dr. Diaz retired, I continued to come to Charles Town Smiles. Their entire staff is great and friendly. It's an awesome team.

Dr. Diaz and Dr. Payne and the staff at this office are all amazing. We have been going there for many years. My daughter actually looks forward to her dental visits. I had bad experiences with dentists as a child and as a result I dreaded dental appointments and I would have severe anxiety. But that's no longer a problem for me. The staff (doctors, hygienists and office) all go out of their way to listen to my fears and accommodate whatever makes me and my family feel comfortable. I never ever have a long waiting room wait and to me that is remarkable when I compare to other doctors/dentists that I have had in the past. I don't know if they are accepting new patients but I would highly recommend this place. Dr. Diaz and Dr. Payne and the staff at this office are all amazing. We have been going there for many years. Wonderful dentist. Does great work.

De. Díaz was our family dentist throughout my childhood. He actually gave me my first, proper job in high school which ultimately guided me toward my career today. We weren’t a family with very much money, but he was always skilled, competent, and healthful. If you or your family are fortunate enough to call him your dentist, you will be in fantastic hands! De. We love Dr. Diaz!!

Never had a bad experience.

Dentist knows what he's doing.

Dr Diaz is great receptionists not

If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Diaz, he is highly competent. However, getting through the office staff bureaucracy is not. Office Manager is not friendly and has 0 customer service skills. Not worth the aggravation.

An excellent dentist and wonderful front office.

While the dentist is qualified, the front office manager is not worth going through. Scheduling a new appointment was like getting an act of Congress passed and the bureaucratic unfriendliness made this whole experience a nightmare. Also beware, if you are unlucky enough to miss an appointment, you may not be allowed back (more bureaucracy). Miserable experience in scheduling. Will not go back.

Dr Diaz is very kind and has a good sense of humor and great interaction with all members of our family. He is caring and is a great dentist.
