I have been going to Dr. Egan for 6 years now. He is honest and cautious in his approach to treatment. Many periodontists are aggressive to the point that it seems they are pursuing their own financial gain instead of their patients' health. I had been seeing another periodontist, who scheduled me to have all my teeth pulled and replaced with implants. I did some research and asked around for a more cautious and conservative periodontist. The recommendation I got was for Dr. Egan. He gave me some very good advice about how to slow down the advancement of my periodontal disease, and advised me that while I did have a lot of gum recession, that it was pretty stable and that I could probably keep my natural teeth for a long time. Six years later, almost all of my teeth are stable and fine. He has truly been a Godsend.

I identified Dr. Egan as an alternative to another periodontist whose services I found unsatisfactory. Dr. Egan is on the top of his game. He is thorough and prudent in the dental care he provides. I am especially pleased with his interactions with patients as well as his staff.

I cannot praise Dr. Egan enough. I am in my late 70s and have had bad gums for years. When I was referred to Dr. Egan, he spent over an hour talking me through the work I needed to get done. He was very conservative in his approach, which was particularly important to me as I am getting older. I would highly recommend Dr. Egan to my family and friends.

I am the world's worst patient. I have had gum problems starting in my teens and have never used a periodontist like Dr. Egan. He always explains exactly why I have needed dental surgery and has made the process from start to finish easy. He is patient even with a difficult patient like me and I am grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Egan if one wants a caring periodontist as well as a top notch periodontist. I am an old lady and still have my teeth because of him.

Dr. Egan has been my periodontist for a couple of decades. He has done some surgery and a bone graft for me, saving mutiple teeth. I had periodontal disease, but with regularly scheduled care here, several possibly serious problems were diagnosed and treated in time to avoid worse issues. Thanks to Dr. Egan and staff, my mouth is much healthier today than it was when my general dentist referred me to this practice.
