Dr Fausel is a very patient and empathetic man. He is not in any rush to get you out of his office. I see him for osteoporosis issues caused from 9/11. I leave his office every time more relaxed about the future and my body's crumbling bones. If in need of a doc to see definitely include this fine doctor. I have had a referral for Dr. Fausel since since October. No one has ever called me. I have called at least 4-5. times and get nowhere. I finally stopped in October 16 in person and a gal named Leslie came out and spoke to me . She said the office was behind in their referrals. No kidding. She assured me she would call that week. By the way the office was empty. I have heard NOTHING from that office or Leslie and find them to be not truthful and lacking in professionalism. Good luck to anyone who tries to get an appointment at this office! I would put zero stars if possible. I have had a referral for Dr. Fausel since since October. No one has ever called me.
