Dr. Finch is the BEST! Aside from his knowledge of care, he is kind, compassionate and humble. He takes time with his patients and is attentive to their needs. It will be a sad day when he decides to retire. He is loved by many.

Sent me a letter kicked me out after being patient for years because my ex-wife complained.they won't let me see Dr Finch...I don't think I'm even seeing a nurse. I think it's the guy that delivers their meals.

While the nurse practitioner may be skilled and personable, the front desk staff are quite the contrary. Every time I've called or gone in person, I've had to wait on the phone for long periods of time before even being spoken to. Only to be met with disrespect. The ladies behind the window appear to literally 'hide' from patients until their names are called. They seem miserable - as if they absolutely hate their jobs - as evidence by poor interpersonal communication and rude behavior towards patients. This clinic seems to hire desperate people with little pride in their work, with a mentality of "us and them". Unfortunately, it is the patients who have to suffer. There is no doubt in my mind the preceding reviews were prompted by friends of the staff, and thus reflect an inaccurate representation of the conditions of this office. I would NOT recommend anyone who wants to be treated with humane, respectful and compassionate care to come to this office. And quite frankly I don't care how long Dr. Finch has served the Hot Springs area. His tenured presence in the area is no excuse to get away with second-class care to the residents in town. This practice shows little growth in modern health care treatment that today's medical field promotes. What a shame. When we first moved to Hot Springs I wanted to find a D.O. for my General Health Doctor. I found Dr. Finch and was pleased with my first visit visit and care he provides these past 4 years. YES I can recommend him.

Dr. Finch and his staff are very caring and helpful. Sometimes there is a long wait, but Dr. Finch always treats his patients like they are the most important person.

The nurse and Dr finch were very understanding and listened. Something this field of professionals need to learn to be like this place.

Dr. Finch an all staff are very professional. He was only Doctor I've found in years to actually listen to me! He is very caring too, I recommend Dr. Finch.

I was given a drug test without being told .i was being seen for trouble urinating, now i have been sent a bill for 3 test at 600.00 dollars from a lab.these people are deceptive and i would not trust them with my dog.
