I really like Dr. Head. He’s nice, personable and professional. Been a patient for about five years!

Very nice. But not very helpful. I've been going to him for almost 3 years and he keeps saying we need to do some tests. I've asked multiple times when it will happen. He just says we will get it scheduled... and still nothing

Absolutely horrible. Extremely RUDE. Don’t go there.

Horrible, don' waste your time or patience. He is the worst doctor I ever encountered, his front office staff is rude. I would recommend Dr Head to examine his own HEAD clearly something is wrong!!! If I could give Zero stars I would.

Do NOT use this man for neurology. He is completely rude and disrespectful of people’s time. He did not care nor take the time to look into my dads case when he landed in the ER for a mini stroke/seizure. Wonderful visit. Listened to everything I said and made everything very convenient for me

Dr Head is a great doctor!! He helped me with migraines and he is caring and sensitive.

This was the worst decision of my life going to this doctor I had major migraines and the doctor said that he thought it was encephalitis after all the test came back negative he said that there was nothing he could do about the migraines. Then I went to mayo clinic and with in a week they had me in surgery removing my tumor from my left ventricle that was causing the whole problem. This doctor still thinks that he did not miss diagnose me and thinks he did everything right but in turn he wasted almost 7 months of my life and I didn't get anything to show for it except misery I would not waste my time with this doctor if it's something Critical with your brain I would suggest just going to Mayo Clinic I have somebody that really knows what's going on look at your brain. The office staff is rude and dismissive. Terrible service. Dr. Head himself seemed completely uninterested in working with me. He refused my previous medical records, ordered no tests, and shrugged at my thoughts on my symptoms.

I cannot even tell you if this doctor is good or not. We've only seen him once. HE sent us for testing it has been a month and we have not heard back. I have reached out to the office out of 20 calls I talk to the desk 3 times. The phone as busy as though they constantly are taking it off the hook. I have never called a doctor's office they did not have an answering service or a voicemail. I'm always told they will put the file on his desk and try to get us an answer. They never call me back. I'm pretty sure it is the staff is dropping the ball because the doctor is to constantly taking patients it is his staff's jobs of continually follow up I don't know if I should apply for a job there or call the beat Better Business Bureau, but somebody needs to get in there and tell them how to get their act together. Dr. Head has always treated me great. But my last two experiences with the office staff has caused me to leave Dr. head for good. I missed an appointment because I didn’t get a reminder call. Yes, I know that is also my fault, but when I called and told them about it. The office staff insisted that they did call me and were extremely rude about it! My second experience was worse. I was 25 minutes late due to traffic and getting lost. I know that it was my fault that I could not leave work early and that I got lost. But, when I got there the door was locked. I called the office and asked them when they closed for the day. I was told 4:30. I said then why can’t I open the door (it was only 4:12). I told them that I was very sorry for being late and could I please be seen. I was told no, you are too late. I asked them to please ask the doctor because I was again sorry and have been through a lot to get here. I was told NO you can reschedule. The doctor is gone already. She was very rude from the moment I asked why the door was locked. I will be finding a new place to go!! Dr. Head has always treated me great. I’ve been seeing dr head since I was in my 20’s, about 10 years now. He’s always taken the time to talk to me. I never feel rushed. He truly listens to his patients. I don’t typically have to wait long to see him. I honestly don’t know why he has bad reviews because I’ve never had an issue here.

My brother in law got a second opinion and found out he has MS. This quack said he didn't have it.

Dr. Head has absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever. He is very unfriendly during appointments and is an impatient person. For instance, I needed to make an annual appointment to see him, but I had run out of refills on my prescription. I sent in a request to Walgreens and shortly after, I got a phone call from Dr. Head. The moment I picked up he said (and I quote): "It's Dr. head. You need to come in." He barely give me a chance to get a word in and then hung up on me. Seriously? Oh and if you leave a negative review, be prepared for one of the office staff to call you and refuse to see you as a patient again. The office staff is lower than unprofessional, self-righteous, uncaring, zero compassionate towards prospective patients, extremely RUDE. They hung up on me twice, put me through to their voicemail twice. Outright refused to set an appointment for me. After several calls, they finally informed me they didn’t take my insurance. I wouldn’t send a dog to this unprofessional place. Dr. Head should be so ashamed of the subhuman behavior the women who answers the phones show. They should all be fired. I am not sure where these negative reviews are coming from because I thought Dr. Head was very patient and attentive. He listened to everything I said, I saw him writing it down and he gave me honest suggestions and answers.

The office staff that Dr. Head has representing him is appalling. Very rude, lack of professionalism and does not follow up or follow through with basic office procedures. I had been seeing Dr. Head for almost 20 years and one of the office staff said I had no file! How is that possible? If he wants to stay in practice, he'll need to clean house. In the meantime, I am looking for a new neurologist. If you are directed to his practice, find other alternatives. It's not worth the headache.

Awful experience. Staff and doctor were not friendly nor helpful for a doctor’s office where you expect to spend your hard earned money to get beneficial results. Doctor talked about his own experience and did absolutely nothing to help my condition. I do not recommend this doctor’s office. I will be seeking help else where.

I agree with others that he has a very poor disposition and indifferent attitude, but that is not why I give him one star. I give him one star because he conducted my test in a haphazard manner and then, even worse, gave me a prescription that the pharmacist advised could cause an adverse interaction because of anither medication I was taking (and Dr. Head knew about). I then got another neurologists opinion and he concurred about the adverse interaction and presribeda different drug!

Worst Dr ever. Bad decisions. Bad attitude. Bad everything else.

It took 6 weeks to get my son in to see Dr. Head. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour the receptionist informs me that they need $150.00 up front. I explained that my bank account got hacked 5 days ago and didn't have $150.00 on me but I could bring it by later in the day after going by My bank. She said my sons appointment would have to be rescheduled in three weeks. They took my insurance info when the appointment was made. They had six weeks to inform me they needed money upfront. It seems that Dr. Head is more concerned with money than the health of my child. After reading these other reviews I will be finding another doctor. It took 6 weeks to get my son in to see Dr. Head. Right now...not impressed. My mother needs his attention and another prescription to continue her infusions, and he is not returning calls or filling the prescription. Her husband has called and pleaded. Her friend has called. Her other doctor is trying to get Head to respond. She is 10 days past due and he isn't responding. I wish there was a more impacted action I could take beyond a bad review!!! Right now...not impressed. Dr Head is a fantastic Doctor.

It took 2 months to get an appointment with Dr. Head and after reading some of the reviews I was not looking forward to the visit. To my surprise, he was very nice, gave me 45 minutes of his undivided attention. He was kind, friendly and made the visit truly a very pleasant experience.

Very rude and arrogant. Office dropped the ball with me with both of my visits. When I called about the Rx he didn't send to my pharmacy when he was suppose to, I was told to find a new neurologist.

I think he is good. Heis prompt, emphatic, kind, and did a good job witj me medically His office staff is professional, prompt, helpful, and caring.

I believe Dr. Head to be one of the finest Doctors I've ever had the pleasure to know.

I would NEVER go back there! He is rude and seemed annoyed when we had went in to go over test results. When I asked questions about the diagnosis, he told me "I am the doctor, I know what I am talking about". He rolled his eyes at me several times after asking for more information. His office staff is just as rude. When I called to talk to the office manager about 2 very big mistakes that were made I was told to fine another neurologist! I will gladly be doing that!

Dr. Head is came off cruel and rude. He called to explain the results of my MRI which indicated I had a stroke. He spoke very quickly and said many other things after that and when I asked him to repeat that i had had a stroke, (a very shocking discovery) he was clearly agitated. I don't recommend him to anyone who desires a patient and caring doctor. He may or may not know his stuff, but no one deserves to be treated poorly when going through a medical crisis.

Dr. Head was polite. Took notes about what I said. Scheduled several tests. Felt follow up was poor. By phone call explained one diagnosis. Did not suggest follow up appointment. Was not specific about results of most tests. Office staff was abrupt at times. I got a second opinion as I felt problems were not addressed.

Seemed knowledgable about my particular & I'm sure rare case. I was told there was something else happening with me. He did not say what it was or what to do other than to see a phycologist & get an MRI "because insurance would pay for it" I liked him until he evidently didn't like what I had said, therefore, he abruptly walked out of exam room and disappeared! Wow!

walked in the room to do my test, got right to it with out introducing himself ,no name no hello nothing, super rough not friendly at all. Talked to the nurse the entire time about his personal life, didn't feel like he was paying attention to me at all as his patient, paid more attention to the nurse talking about their personal life. Not professional at all doc. Don't recommend.

Absolutely awful. He knows absolutely nothing about Chiari, so if that's what you are seeing him for, please go elsewhere and don't listen to his nonsense.

Dr Head was very polite, seemed caring, put me at ease. Explained my condition, very patient and encouraging. I have confidence that I am in good hands.
