Mr. Richard Kobylar

What a wonderful office that Dr. Kobylar has. First his office is very clean. When walking in I was greeted by his staff. I was an hour late but to my mistake and his girls fixed it and got me in. They were absolutely wonderful ladies. So Jennifer, Mary and Flor aka Flower , y'all are absolutely amazing. Love his staff. Then there's Doc himself. What a great bedside manner he has. He listened to what I had to say and was very interested in what I had told him.. He told me all about what was going to happen. He gave me 3 different options and waited for me to make my decision He was very gentle and I was done in 5 minutes. It was an excellent experience. Thank you to Dr. KOBYLAR and his amazing team.

If I could give this office's secretary a zero star I would. My mother made an appt with this office. They never once confirmed with her that her insurance was the same. They just assumed that her insurance she had over a decade ago would be the same. We had to drive and waste gas to just be told that the doctor she was suppose to be seeing didn't take her new Insurance. It is the schedulers job to make sure that all information for a patient is up to date including insurance. This rude person had the nerve to tell my 75 year old mother that it is up to her to inform them of any insurance changes. This woman needs to be retrained If I could give this office's secretary a zero star I would. My mother made an appt with this office. The people in the office do not return phone calls. This has caused me to have to redo all pre ops at my own expense. By far, the worst experienc at a doctor's office I have ever had.

Horrible communication with the front staff. I had an appointment today, which was cancelled upon arriving. I called an the woman said well we called twice yesterday and there was no answer. I never received a call or no voicemail was left. She told me it rang and that it never went to voicemail. That there was nothing she could have done since she called twice. I understand that she had to come in on Sunday due to Dr. Koblar having a family emergency. What I don't understand is that the office was open today Monday, but not one phone call was made to attempt to reach me letting me know that my appointment was cancelled. I drove 45miles to get to this appt. The front desk women was very rude and did not once apologize for the inconvenience. She didn't even try to reschedule the appointment.
