If an award could be granted to the most EXTRAORDINARY gentleman that exists today, none would come even close to Dr. Kozakiewicz. Honestly the kindest most gentle man I’ve ever had the honor to meet, I would recommend him to the dearest, most beloved people in my life! There is no doubt in my heart of mind that THIS IS ONE DOCTOR THAT HAS MORE COMPASSION AND CARE THAN ANY OTHER YOU’VE EVER MEANT!!! I would definitely trust HIM with my life! (Imagine a REAL gentleman from a century ago - to oh so gently take you by the hand and help you with your coat, so soft spoken and mild mannered, the kind of doctor we would ALL cherish by our side!) Dr Kozakiewicz is old school in the 21st Century. He cares about you like doctors did 50 years ago. The care he gives is beyond anything you would expect.from a doctor. He treats you like you are family. I have never felt more comfortable in a doctor’s office than I do in Dr Kozakiewicz’s. He delivers.

I recently was referred to Dr. Kozakiewicz by my orthopedic surgeon for an EMG/NCS. I found him attentive to my medical concerns, very professional in his treatment, and extremely personable. He explained the test as he was administering it and answered all my questions, concerning the symptoms I was experiencing. I appreciate the time he spent with me and gladly recommend him to others. I was and remain thoroughly impressed with Dr. Kozakiewicz. He has exceptional knowledge and experience and can translate this into layman's terms for his patients. He is confident to share his insight or opinion that may be counter to other experts, specialists, reports or tests. He repeatedly shares his strategy of and the importance of "evaluating the patient" and not just deferring to the aforementioned inputs. I give my wholehearted recommendation to Dr. Kozakiewicz.

I had a nerve conduction study performed, which was done well and professionally. However, I had a balance due after my insurance carriers paid and I was threatened with magistrate action regarding this remaining balance. I have never before heard of a physician taking such drastic action, especially after insurance payments had been made. My below average rating is based solely on the billing.
