Very Nice

You wont find a better Dermatologist than Dr Krathen. He is also a highly skilled surgeon.

I was very pleased with the care, professionalism, courtesy and kindness shown to me by the entire staff when I recently required a procedure. I highly recommend Dr.Krathen and staff.

The office was clean and well managed. The staff was attentive to my situation. I did not wait long. When I spoke to the doctor, he listened carefully after asking several relevant questions. He prescribed a cream which effectively addressed my condition. I would highly recommend the practice.

Staff is great. Doctor seemed to be annoyed by my questions and i felt very rushed. Hope the PA will be better on my follow up. Definitely no interest in seeing Dr. Krathen again. Kind ,courteous and thorough!!

I been with doctor Krathen for many years and pleased how he's kept things in check with me. Treats his patients with respect and dignity. I recommend him to anyone looking for a good dermatologist

We have been patients of Dr Krathen ever since the practice opened the Palm City branch. He is very attentive and thorough and has a wonderful staff..

Such a great practice! From Dr. Krathen and his PA-C Olivia Smith to each medical assistant and scheduling staff. Every associate is knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Great Team!

The entire staff very professional, takes extra care of all the people

Exemplary physician. Top notch. The very best.

Professional staff, on time, and the doctor had a great bed side manner.

Was promptly seen at scheduled appointment time & treated in a very professional & courteous manner.

Although the office was very busy they were very prompt and my procedure was completed in less than a n hour. Dr Krathen and his assistants are very professional and caring . I have had absolutely no discomfort and couldn't be happier with the results.

I feel very secure that I'm getting the best treatment from Dr. Krathen and his staff.

I had a 10:35 appointment this morning. The reminder message I received yesterday asked me to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, which I did. I waited until 11:30 and was not seen. I was the third patient that walked out this morning. If you are running an hour+ behind, it would be nice to call the patient and let them know ahead of time. This is a perfect example of greed. Overbooking appointments and not respecting your client"s time. Further, the last time I was here, I was examined by a PA, not even the doctor. Shame on you. I will not be back, and I would certainly recommend that you do not use this place.

Short wait, pleasant people, felt very safe with sanitary procedures, quick to heal.

Great staff. Dr. Krathen is excellent, and caring.

I've had two episodes with melanoma. So I have to have a full body scan every six months. At my last visit, Dr. Krathen found a pinpoint spot that he decided to check. A good thing he did. According to Dr. Krathen it was a very early start to possible melanoma. The following visit he excised the area and when I had my stitches removed, I received the pathology report and there were clear margins. Only Dr. Krathen picks up on these very small areas. Very professional and friendly staff. Very thorough exam. Takes biopsies no pain. Explains how to take of the biopsy site. Calls with results. Awesome dermatologist. Very pleased with this doctor and staff. I recommend Dr. Krathen and staff to all friends and family. He has more than 1 office and Accommodates everyone.

My experiences with Dr. Krathen are always handled professionally, regardless of the procedure. The entire staff is helpful, efficient, and friendly.
