Richard Lee Rauck

He spends most of his time doing media work on his magazine. He hires physicians(?) who are convicted drunks, and the pain clinic could NOT care LESS about their patients .

One doctor contradicts the other. No continuity of care, Watch out !

When I first went there approximately 20 years ago, Dr. Rauck provided concern and care for my damaged spine. However, for the past 10 years I have been passes around like a bad penny and just fed scripts and lip service. Both possible alternative options to narcotics that I asked about were acted upon either by apathy or incompetence. For the last 5 years my assigned doctor(?), acts as though he hates to see me come in, and I have not seen him in over a year. I am so sure that if the public could actually know of what I have gone through for decades, the would DEMAND action from the NC Medical board. Doctors in this clinic are RACIST, they underestimated me, because of my national origin and/or my accent. I was having my second session of my shots, the rescheduled my appointment to an earlier date because the doctor supposed to go on vacation, then when I came to receive my shots, they put me in an examination room for AN HOUR in-communicated, suddenly the PA came and told me that I needed to change my appointment, absolutely no! That was rude and unacceptable. I saw the person who works in the lab coming with a woman, they used my service for them. I am legal in this country and highly educated. Then they charged me for the appointment. That was ODD! The supervisor was gone, they were closing. My Appointment was at 2:00 PM and I left the office by 4:00 PM. They did not take care of me!!! It is very hard to get a phone answer there I've been with them a long time..staff is always nice .and I just adore my doctors there

Very nice and understanding staff. They will help you with your pain management if your honest with them and yourself.
