Dr. Torbeck may be a capable physician, but there is no way to know, because it is almost impossible to reach his office by telephone (or email or via the web or anyway else). If you call the office, you will wait to find out that they are busy, and then you wait for the service to pick up. You then leave a detailed message with the service and wait for a return call, which doesn't come for several days. When you finally speak to someone (in my case, about an insurance issue), they tell you that they will have the billing department call you back--which never happens. I have found another doctor with an office that responds to questions.
Dr. Torbeck took the time to explain what kind of procedure I would need. His explanation was professional, honest and thorough.
