My husband has been seeing this doctor for 8 years, he trusted him. He had stomach problems. And Dr. Warneke has been absolutely inattentive all these years. He said everything was fine. And when my husband got to the ambulance and they began to examine the other doctor, it was stage 4 cancer. And in the end, my husband died of stomach cancer.

Rude staff, they billed to my insurance for wellness exam, insurance denied and billed me for a full amount, I tried to explain to the staff to call insurance or make correction on the claim, she refused to do it and was very rude. NOT recommended.

Insurance denied because incorrect billing, they billed me for a full amount. I called the office to have them call insurance or rebill to my insurance, they refused to help or to talk to insurance. DO NOT go here, you may ended up with a big bill.

This office no longer requires Covid testing prior to a colonoscopy. It would be nice if the front desk / phone staff would tell you before you go to your appointment. It would also be nice if they wouldn’t argue about whether they called. Very rude. Phone lady shouldn’t be in a position interacting with patients. Just one example of many I’ve witnessed and experienced.

Dr. Warneke is very thorough and never appears to be rushed during office visits. He explains things in simple terms and listens attentively to questions.

Sent me for test and said would call me with results, June 6,2020. I called his office and he was out of town until June 29. Still did hear from Dr. Warneke. I’m getting my records to take to another doctor. I would not recommend.

Dr. Warneke is informative and He cares for His patients. Even his staff makes you feel comfortable in his office and shows their sincere cares and thoughts about their patients. ( Ms. Jennifer (Nurse) and Ms. MaryJane( Front) .. Awesome staff and Great Doctor.!!

He told me that my symptoms were normal, so after getting a second opinion it turned out to be Rectal cancer.

Very kind and patient. Dr. Warneke takes time to listen and give pertinent information. He’s a very capable doctor.

Amazing and thorough. I went to him 12 years ago. My husband started having stomach problems within the last month and after several hospital visits I mentioned how gentle and kind Dr Warneke was. So he called and they got him in the next day. And had him set up for an endoscopy the next day. Dr Warneke answered all of my questions after my husbands procedure and I never felt rushed while speaking to him. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Amazing and thorough. Very good listener and personable. Easy to talk when discussing condition and straight forward in advice.

The staff at Dr Warneke's office is horrible. I recognize that customer service in general is not as important as it once been, but the rudeness, directness and overall arrogance of this staff is horrible. Additionally, this office sent my lab work to an out of network lab and now I am getting $2500 bills, and this office will not return my calls about it. Summation - Dr Warneke is great, but his office staff excluding his nurse is in dire need of focus on customer care.

Dr. Warneke made me feel very comfortable when discussing my issues and took the time to listen to everything I had to say. I think that's rare with most doctors today.
