My father was referred to Dr. Webel for a consult in August from his cardiologist in Kirksville, MO. Since that initial appointment, it has been very frustrating to get Dr. Webel to return a phone call to either my father or myself. I continue to leave messages which I am told that he is receiving all the messages but is "VERY BAD" about returning phone calls. I hesitate to tell others what our experience has been but after 6 weeks of leaving messages, what do you think? You decide.
