Dr Wyzykowski was straight forward and answered all my concerns and questions. He is cared about how nervous I was. He took care of my thumb joints.

Terrible bedside manners. Says obnoxious things. Since my surgery , not only to me, but heard from others.

Dr Wyz is awesome. He explained to me everything that needed to be done before he did procedure. Set me up for physical therapy. Which is helping so much with me healing. I would Dr Wyz to any one who heeds help with hands etc.

Great doctor! Very through and always takes time with you each time you are there. I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and I am very pleased with the outcome.

First, his office runs efficiently and seldom have a long wait. He has a tremendous knowledge of orthopedics of the hand, arm and shoulder and is an excellent surgeon. I recently moved to Brentwood in Northern California and didn’t know anyone, but was fortunate to be recommended to Dr. Richard Wyzykowski MD, an Orthopedic Physician that operated on my carpal tunnel. I found him efficient and he answered any questions I had. A great doctor that knows his expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Wyzykowski.

Dr. Wysykowski was patient and knowledgeable and explains things clearly. He looks for all other solutions before suggesting surgery. My trigger thumb once and middle finger another time were relieved through injections. I would recommend him to others with hand or other orthopedic issues.

Dr. Wyzykowski had performed surgery on both my wrists. He explained everything from the very first moment, which made me feel very comfortable. I am under his care... Outstanding surgeon.

Bad time management. This is the second time with bad experience. My appointment was at 3pm and they called me in at 3:25pm and had to continue to wait for another 20 mins. He doesn't even apologize and doesn't listen. After all the wait. He is always in such a hurry and literally sees you for like 5 mins or less. So annoying

Appointment for trigger finger injection. This occurs about yearly for my right middle finger.

Dr. Wyzykowski, MD, has always been extremely professional, thorough, and personable every time I’ve visited with him. I have frozen shoulder in both shoulders, and I was told I needed major rotator cuff surgery by a Martinez County Doctor; so I sought out two more medical professionals for second opinions, and Dr. Wyzykowski has been the most thorough and ethical of all three doctors. Dr. Wyzykowski prescribed cortisone shots 3 years ago and then physical therapy; and my range of motion in both shoulders has improved drastically since then. I have had some upper back pain recently because both of my rotator cuffs seem weak, and Dr. Wyzykowski ordered an MRI for both shoulders to make sure there are no tears; and prescribed a prescription safe anti inflammatory. I highly recommend Dr. Wyzykowski, MD, for anyone with frozen shoulder issues. 10/10 stars!

Dr. Wyzykowski is a very good Orthopaedic Specialist. He had done a good job in fixing my Right shoulder Rotator Cuff Tear & with the help of Physical Therapist to gain back my strength in my shoulder. I feel better now, but still having my exercises at home... Thank you Dr. Wyzykowski for your expertise, it’s greatly appreciated! You are also a very good adviser for me...Since I live by myself, I was so worried on how could I cook my food for 3 months? You told me to cook foods before surgery & freeze it in portions...that really worked & made my life easier. I’m so blessed you’re my Doctor.

Dr. WYZYKOWSKI performed rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder and rotator cuff/bicep surgery on my left shoulder. My office visits were always enlightening and doctor very patiently answered all my questions. I felt he cared and showed interest in my situation. Finally, I am so very thankful to have had such a wonderful surgeon and feel, at last, I’m back to normal.

Dr. Wyzykowski did shoulder surgery and bicep tendon repair. I had no problems recovering after surgery. Hopefully I never have to do shoulder surgery again, but if I do I definitely would have Dr. Wyzykowski as my surgeon. I would recommend him to others who are in an unfortunate situation of needing shoulder surgery..

I saw Dr. Wyzykowski for a frozen shoulder a few years ago. He's one of the best doctors I've worked with. He's very smart and knowledgeable, and explained things well and in terms I understood. Dr. Wyzykowski first had me pursue physical therapy (which ultimately let me avoid surgery and a long path to recovery). I enjoyed and appreciated my appointments with him; he always answered my many questions thoroughly. It was obvious he cares about the welfare of his patients.

Dr Wyzykowsky is an attentive listener and a great communicator. He wrote down my procedure, cubital tunnel release, so that I could research the procedure and share the information with my other doctors.

Dr. Wyzykowski performed Dupuytren’s Contracture surgery on my hand and ring finger. Entanglement of nerve and tendon growth required extra time, patience, and skill, all of which he brought. I have no loss of sensation, almost no scar tissue, and can straighten and bend my finger. Dr. Wyzykowski is businesslike and direct. He always made sure I understood his instructions and knew what to expect. He is dedicated to “removing the disability,” and advocates strongly for the best outcome.

One of the best. Takes the time to go over everything, very detailed, and the outcome of my carpal tunnel release was excellent and as predicted. I would highly recommend Dr. Wyzykowski. Also, excellent patient interaction with not only him but his entire staff. Plus excellent care in the physical therapy sessions that enhanced and improved the outcome of the surgery and sped up the healing process.

Dr. Wyzykowski operated on me for carpal tunnel. It was very successful. I didn't even have to take an aspirin. The pain and numbness is all gone. He spends time to explain everything very well.

Dr. Wyzykowski performed rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. Prior to the surgery I had seen him for tendonitis and trigger thumb problems. I appreciated that the torn rotator cuff and subsequent surgery were explained in terms I could understand. Dr. Wyzykowski required a specific PT protocol as well as post surgery expectations for me. It wasn't always easy, but when followed, they worked. As a result the surgery and rehab were successful which made me happy.

I went to Wyzykowski for tendinitis in my wrists. He immediately dismissed my problem and recommended I go see other doctors. His behavior was so rude and belittling that I started crying in the office. Do not go to this doctor. It's not worth it.

I had a carpal tunnel release performed on my left hand. He explained the procedure, which was an open repair including the advantages of an open procedure vs. laparoscopic. He provided the initial post op exercises after surgery so I could get started right away. As a result I needed only 4 physical therapy visits. I have a complete return of hand function. I would recommend him to someone needing this procedure.
