I was involved in a car accident a couple of months ago. I was experiencing neck and upper back pain. My lawyer sent me to Dr. Rick Rosa chiropractic team for therapy. The staff at the Temple Hills location are great and very professional. Dr. Hooman Tashakor and his assistant are the best. They took good care of me and my condition continues to improve with each visit. I would recommend this team to anyone needing chiropractic services/treatments! Dr. Rosa is the absolute best! He really treats the whole body. One of the things that I love about him is he’s always continuing his knowledge while implementing new techniques to help the body operate at optimum performance. He specializes in so much as well as gives great tips and advice for home to continue your success. Dr Rosa was able to fix my Daughter who is a D1 athlete when no one else could. I had every so called expert look at her knee and no was able to find a solution until Dr.Rosa. We also had him do a recovery consultation that was able to help her performance over the next few months. Thank you Dr Rosa.

Professional drummer, also practice Martial Arts. Although Martial Arts has been taxing on my body, actually years of drumming have proved to be the most damaging. Back issues from sitting, calf issues, and of course the inevitable kiss of Carpal Tunnel. No more pain in my wrist. Dr. Rick worked with me on my back issues as well as instructing the proper way to sit while banging the skins... Bottom line: if you want an experienced, highly knowledgeable, and intelligent doctor, look no further.

I’ve known Dr. Rosa for a long time. His experience and understanding of the human body is impressive. I have had trouble with carpel tunnel and hip alignment issues. Dr.Rosa’s ability to address and treat these issues without surgery was comforting and a huge relief. I would recommend him to anyone needing muscle & joint treatment and for routine adjustments for better daily living.
