Hi, I called in to the office & asked if there was any chance of squeezing my daughter & I into, sometime soon! The receptionist asked me to hold for a quick minute, she asked Lisa if she could work us in, & she said sure, to come in now! ( Yesterday at 3:30) We love Lisa, she did a very good job, & was so sweet, along with the receptionist! We just love it there!

I had a consultation for an elective surgery and was thoroughly impressed. Everyone there was so friendly and happy which made me feel comfortable, even though I was super nervous. My consultation with Dr. Smith was really relaxed. He was thorough, but also very personable and even made me laugh. I would definitely recommend them!

I came in for a facial and left feeling rejuvenated and cute! I purchased new product and already love it! Kathy explained everything and answered questions I had about my aging skin. I’m 61 and feel 45 again!

This is my second time I've had something done from Dr Rick Smith and his office staff. I've always been treated with the utmost respect. Friendly warm people that really care about you. I feel good going there and I trust them 100%. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to Dr. R Smith for blepharoplasty surgery. I was a young looking 46 year old that just needed the extra lid skin removed. I thought my lower eye area was fine. He talked me into a brow lift saying it would fix my upper eyelids and a mid-face suspension with lower bleph even though my skin was not sagging at all. Well, my lower eyelids are now crooked and on one eye he completely took out the lash line making that eye smaller. In the mid-face surgery, he put neoprene under my cheekbone area and my body rejected it. I had two hard peach pit size lumps on my face that were extremely painful. I begged him to remove them and he said I was "paranoid" and made me wait a year to remove only one that had hardened into a knot. To this day 11 years later if I brush my hand upward on my cheek it feels like I'm getting an electrical shock. After all this I still had the sagging eyelid problem which he said he would be happy to do the surgery in a year or so........No Thank You!

Dr Smith was very thorough and informative at my initial consult today. I’ve seen the results of some previous work he’s done and am quite impressed. I’m looking forward to my procedure soon I had my first post op appt with Dr Smith yesterday, and quite satisfied with the results of my procedure and the great care that I have received.

Staff was extremely friendly. Every step was explained fully. Dr Smith was very understanding and explained everything well.

Dr. Smith is an absolute pleasure to work with. His bed side manor is second to none, and he makes you feel like he is a friend and not just a person he has to deal with. The staff is awesome as well. I had many calls into Nichole the nurse at the office and she was always super helpful. I had a facelift and laser done. Though the recovery seemed rough the staff assured me that in time all would pass. I am into the 6th week and couldn't be happier. I plan to do more laser once I am all healed up. I thank each and everyone of you.

Just had the full circumfrential, but so far everything has been great. The staff is wonderful. Im excited to see how it turns out. Update: 6 months after procedure and everything is awesome. Dr and staff are cery responsive to any questions or concerns

He and his staff were excellent with my scared 4 year old. They were very helpful with scheduling ans listening to our unique challenge. They did an excellent job with the procedure! 5 stars!

Lisa Allen is simply amazing. She is experienced and knowledgeable. She kindly answers all of my questions and makes me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I confidently rely on her suggestions and input. Lisa listens and gets to know her patients. For example, she knows I may need to be reined-in when I ask for Kardashian lips. Haha. She gets me back on track effortlessly and politely - meaning she gives great guidance while also helping patients achieve their treatment goals. Thank you Lisa!

I was very impressed how well this office is run. Receptionist and nurses are knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating to all my needs. Dr. Smith is a compassionate doctor who took excellent care of my skin cancer.

I have to say that overall I am very satisfied. I have always received compliments on how young I look if I'm willing to tell people my age. People at work used to ask me how old I was and I would say how old do you think I am. They would say around early 50s. I was approaching 70. I am now 70, this year. With this surgery and the laser use, I received a lot more compliments. I thought I knew what I was getting into because I had read up on it online. I was under the impression that laser surgery, is that called surgery, would result in a sunburn type burn. To my surprise it was more like a light second degree burn-- no blisters I also didn't have enough information about recovery. My fault. I think I should have asked more questions and obtained more detail. I recently discovered that my face is still healing much to my surprise. I am usually better informed about medical procedures. Needless to say I'm a little disappointed in myself. The one real issue I had was that my rib was either really bruised or broken during the recovery. I was not quite conscious and needed to vomit. Due to my Early Childhood training, I was getting up to find the bathroom to vomit. The nurse grabbed me and yanked me back in the chair, which is not unreasonable. She did it with such Force that I hit the arm of the chair with my ribs. When I first went to my sister's house I was sleeping like 18 hours a day for the first week. I was aware of my ribs but with the drugs and the face, I was a little distracted. I would really like to know that she would be more careful in the future. The last thing I needed was more pain. One of the real questions I think you'd like answered, is would come back. The answer is yes, overall I was really satisfied with the results. God, where is this being posted to. I really do not like online postings. I think people can be really abusive with them. I have to say that overall I am very satisfied. I can not say enough how much I love EVERYONE in this office. Dr. Smith was wonderful..absolutely the best. He just gets it. He is motivating and wants to see his patients healthy! The procedure I had done turned out absolutely perfect. Every single one of the staff is incredible! Courtney, my nurse, has open communication with me every single day to make sure I am healthy and am healing correctly..if I have questions or concerns, she is always just an email away. Leslee in the office will take care of you and help you with whatever you need and is just amazing!
