Courteous service informational no surprises very good service at the doctor right and his staff

If you're not a professional athlete, he will not give you the time of day. Period. You get 2-3 minutes with him and he rushes off.

I went to Doctor Rick Wright in early 2018 concerning a constant pain in my right shoulder. My wife accompanied me during the examination. He performed a quick exam and directed all of his comments to my wife - I felt like topper the ghost. He had an exam made and arranged for therapy. I had two or three appointments during the year concerning my constant pain in my right shoulder. In December 2018, I made another appointment. Always rushed. 4 minutes is about all the time he has for each patient. I went in for a torn meniscus & had surgery. 6 months later they told me I need a total knee replacement. Dr. Wright was very uncomfortable when I tried to find out what happened. I don't think he took the proper time to assess my situation before deciding to operate. He treats people like cattle & the more surgery's he performs the more money he makes. I would not recommend him or Washington University Orthopedics.
