It is with utter gratitude my family and I write this note to express our immense respect and appreciation for Dr. Rina Patel, who helped our mom overcome cancer. Dr.Patel is a very good doctor! She has been treating my mother for several months now, and has done a great job! She is kind, and a very smart woman. Even during the many changes caused by COVID, she has always been there when we needed her. I can’t thank her enough and completely trust her to do the best thing for my mother.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel as she is extremely knowledgeable (keeping up to date on the quickly evolving cancer treatments), efficient in selecting the most appropriate treatment for my medical conditions and always readily available to address any issues or concerns that I may have in a clear and instructive manner. I met Dr. Patel in early January 2020 after having suffered multiple setbacks over a 9 months period with chemo, pulmonary embolism, septic shock and kidney failures, leaving the tumors not much changed. As such, I was in an extremely poor state when I started the treatment with her. She readily consulted with competent colleagues (urologist, radiation oncologist), recommended scans that led to modify the possible radiation/chemo treatment to immunotherapy. She explained very clearly her reasoning for the treatment and potential consequences. She met with me every 3 weeks before every treatment and was always available in between treatments. I am delighted to have Dr. Patel for both the process as well as the outcome (tumors receded significantly).
