Dr Rita Jhaveri is a good doctor. I have been bringing my mom to her for many many years and I am satisfied with her. The only bad thing is that her receptionist, they need to speak to people with more respect. There is only girl there that is very rude and disrespectful

When you want to see the doctor you sometimes need to wait 2 weeks to a month which is not for me, staff is not working to schedule you in before, if you’re in pain best scenario is go to someone who will be there for you

My father and mother both see Dr.Jhaveri. My mother needed to see the doctor for something urgent and the front desk staff said the next appt is 1 month away. So she wind up going somewhere else for this urgent matter. The front desk isn’t trained properly and they do not know what “urgent” means. They had my mother on hold for over an hour just to reschedule an appointment . Actually , you’d be lucky if they even answer the phone. This office is most hard to reach place ever. You have to wait outside before you can even check in. I mean atleast let the patients check in and have them wait back outside if the waiting room is full. And by full I mean like 3 patients only. As a medical office, the doctor and staff should be easily reachable. These are peoples lives. And if staff can’t and won’t do their job, maybe they need to find another career.

Today is Wednesday and on Wednesday they open at 9 am ....I call Monday morning to do my blood work ....they told me that this Saturday there office will be close so I can come on Wednesday.....I was there since 9 no one open the door ...door was lock from inside....this is not right and now it's 11 am no one pick up the call .....no doubt that doctor is good but she need to change her staff ..... After waiting to see her for a month now. They refused to see me because my new insurance card didn’t have her name on. Something I could’ve fixed when I was done seeing her. I had no problem with Listing her as my Primary Dr. on my last insurance. So it was a waste of time and gas for an hour 1/2 drive to not being see. I never heard that the doctor name on the insurance card will be the one to get paid if I see her without her name on the card.

I been with dr rita jhaveri for abiut 26 years she is the best i teachs u like family. She k oe all my medication and whats wrong with me without looking at my file. Great doctor and person. If u want the best she is

I love Dr. Jhaveri! She actually listens to you and talks to you...So much today doctors are behind their computers and so quick to rush you out. Not her. She is the BEST! Very compassionate and knowledgeable.

Warm and great doctor patient relationships

Dr. Jhaveri is a very good doctor. She cares about you and she will write letters or prescriptions on a last-minute request. Her office is busy, which is a testament that she is good. You just have to be a little patient and give yourself time for your appointment. Her staff is also friendly. I recommend her to your family.

Dr Jhaveri has a very friendly office staff. The wait time is minimal.The appointments are scheduled very well . She is patient and answers your questions. She even once called me with my medical results . I reccomend her highly

I have never seen a Dr like Dr Jhaveri. She spends ample time with patients and answers all questions and does all the follow up required. I've never had a problem getting through to the office and she gets back to you right away. Her diagnosis skills are better then anyone I've ever seen, and she treats the root causes not the symptoms. She does not ask you for what is bothering you the most on your list and only address that. She considers your health holistically and addresses everything

Excellent physician very personalized feel. Dr Jhaveri spend lots of time and goes the extra mile to understand your healthcare needs. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

It's been 1 month since my Physical and I had to call my for my blood work results every week for two and a half weeks. It's over a month now and the Rx the my DR supposedly wrote never made it to the pharmacy, when I asked what's going on the staff told me "our system shows we call you and the Rx was sent". I requested a new pharmacy and was told it's sent but the pharmacy said there nothing for me. I left a message for the DR to call me back, it's been a week now no response. Horrible service!

No one ever picks up the phone, it almost impossible to reach someone. It's very annoying and puts me in a not pleasant so mood by the time I get a person on the other end, which makes me look bad!

It's very difficult to get in touch with the office, the voice recording does not specify office hours, nor does it allow you to leave a message. Besides that I have had a positive experience with Dr. Jhaveri, both my husband and I have been seeing her for the last five years.
