I agree with another comment. I've been a patient for 3 years and have never been since by the doctor. The wait is crazy and the new staff is very rude. On my last visit I was given an appointment for 4 pm I was sent a reminder text and the time was changed. I called to get speak with someone I got a message and no one ever returned my call. I called at 3:45 once I got off work to explain. I was told Well I don't know what to tell you. Finding a new doctor is in my things to do list I agree with another comment. All around horrible experience time after time. Just like the rest of the reviews, I too only met the lady a couple of times and she is extremely unprofessional. The other times her assistant, who seems to be very uneducated, had to call Dr. Saldanha everytime she has a question. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. She suggested that I look for another doctor as well, and I absolutely will.

Made an appointment today June 27th 2019 for 1:30. Arrived at 1:14. Waited an hour to be called and over an hour in the room. Never ever ment the doctor since I've been a patient. Horrible practice.

I am no longer a patient at this practice, and I definitely don't recommend going here if you can afford good insurance. I once had a terrible Obama care plan that hardly anyone accepts these days. I was left with few options but to sign up with Dr. Saldanha. The overall experience was bad so I went on here and looked at other reviews. While everyone can have an opinion, I feel I must make 2 comments. 1) Some of these reviews have to be taken with a grain of salt, because while I was in the waiting room in Dr. Saldanha's suite, I noticed that there were a large volume of rude, poorly educated, ignorant people also waiting to be seen by Dr. Saldanha and her PA. Probably a couple of them were drug seekers. I actually felt bad for the providers that would have to be seeing these rude, poorly educated people. These comments may be coming from people like them, something to think about 2.) I actually saw both Dr. Saldanha and her PA and the experience was way better with her PA. When I see the bad comments on here towards her PA, it is just another example of the ignorant patient population that goes to this practice. People must not be aware that PA's and NP's are a big part of the healthcare system and just because you see a doctor, doesn't mean you will get better care than seeing a PA or NP. The most AWFUL excuse for a Dr. after being there for 5 yrs I met her 1 she was more concerned about doing non medical business: ie her daughters closing on her home than her patients. When I expressed my concern she said for me to go find another Doctor. So I have . If you are concerned about your health DO NOT GO TO Dr Saldanha. Staff was very good and always made excuses for her

I wish I could give LESS than one star. Horrible experience with Brian, physician assistant. He was rude and condescending. After waiting for almost 2 hours to specifically see Dr. Saldhana he comes in and states he’s gonna tell me “how it’s gonna be”...as I was very disturbed by his behavior i proceeded to leave! Footnote: he refused to give his last name then lied and told me they didn’t have an office manager. Doctor and staff do a good job in handling people. Very busy but courteous and professional. Please to work with may be a wait at times. They try and squeeze me in when i am rushed and need to have services performed.

Awful service, staff included. Super long wait times even after the office has closed. Would not recommend this place.

Bad bad service.. they schedule patients at the time when system is shooting down & they not able to provide shoots then tell you to come back for the shots at no wait but instead they have you sit there for a good hour with out telling you anithing... ok to begin with why they schedule ppl at time where they can't provide such things then make you come back 3-4 times after... Gas is expensive ppl & we have a life not the time to sit at a Non prepared dr. Office all day few days at the week for the same reason you go for at first.... pls get some prepared personal... I've been going here for months and every 2 weeks they say the doctor will be there and she is never there. Instead I get treated by a "physicians assistant" whose name they say "won't be listed". They just keep telling me make another appointment to get my medicine. Do not go here. You won't be treated by a real doctor and you will be told multiple times to keep coming back for no reason. Spent over 4 hours in the office, and about 10 minutes of that was with the MD. Didn't ask if I had any questions. Entered orders in computer for labwork, got to the lab, they had no orders. Entered orders for other things, never told me how to obtain or schedule appointments for these. FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!

I've been going to Dr. Saldanha's office for nearly a year. She's the worst primary physician I've ever had. Well, I haven't even met her. I've only seen her physician assistants because apparently she's never in the office. I just use Dr. Saldanha's office to obtain referrals anyway. She referred me to a HORRIBLE doctor once. He diagnosed me incorrectly. Glad i got a second opinion. Her staff is hot & cold. Sometime they're helpful and other times they're rude & less than helpful. Go elsewhere

Never saw Dr. Saldanha. Requested lab work & was given a copy of another patient's medical info. I asked to see Dr. Saldanha specifically but the physician assistant always showed up. Physician assistant made my illness worse. She told me to eat dairy products to help with gastritis. Later I was rushed to urgent care in severe pain. Urgent care doctor said dairy was the worse thing I could eat for gastritis and it was why I was in so much pain. I'm reporting her to IDPR! HORRIBLE DR & STAFF!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I don't understand how this Dr. still has a license. She was very unprofessional. I waited for over five hours to have her see me. Once she was in the room with me, it seem like she didn't even care about what I had to say. There was no bedside etiquette. She had the nerve to take a personal call on her cell while in the room with me speaking in her native language. Save your money and time and find another doctor who cares.

The staff had no concern, not even a polite smile, for any of the patients waiting 4+ hours in the waiting room regardless of scheduled appointments. The staff was rude and cold. An assistant went into the waiting room comparing two other patients medical info to explain wait, breaching HIPAA. It was dirty. Unprofesional. I left without being seen after 4 hours. I will be requesting a new Primary through my insurance. Do not waste your time, money, privacy, and well being on this incompetence.
