Dr. Aichele and Dr. Frey are both good doctors. I saw them for years and had very few complaints. ( even though Dr. Aichele seems to think that an Inuit could look like the Pointer Sisters with diet and exercise) They both do backs very good. My problem began when they joined Penn State Health South and got bigger. The office staff tell you paperwork has been faxed when it hasn't even been started, they tell you that you are signed up for a Covid test when the testing place has never heard of you. They blow you off and don't relay messages. They lose notes and information. It's a big communication mess and I left for an office that is organized and honest. I have seen Dr Aichele for years. He has always shown patience and given me all the time I need for each visit. He does tell me when I need to make changes, i.e. weight loss and regular physical activity. I can not imagine having to find another physician. I am able to discuss all aspects of my health with him.

I have had some of my worst doctor visit experiences coming here. Doctors here are judgemental and speak on things without thinking about how the patient would feel. Last time I came here I left crying because of the way the doctors made me feel. When I went to switch to a new family doctor, this office apparently hasn’t faxed over my information/records and it has been WEEKS since I asked them to. Do not recommend this place at all, all they care about is getting money and pumping people full of drugs. I have had some of my worst doctor visit experiences coming here.
