He's been my doctor since I was a baby he's my childhood doctor he is a very awesome doctor

When you call to make an appointment they just say to come right in, but when you get there you’re waiting 1+ hours to be called in the back. And my personal experience is he’s rude and judgmental to my family. Also, I’m on 3+ allergy meds because he blames everything on allergies. One of the first times I began going to him a lady was throwing a fit and calling a “town meeting” because apparently he had been doing the same thing to her grandson with the allergies excuse but you could visibly tell the little boy was sick. Like extremely sick. Once I went to Blereau and he told me it was allergies, I had been taking all 3 of my allergy medicines like he told me to yet this was still caused by allergies? The following day I went to the hospital because I still wasn’t feeling well. I ended up being put on IVs and given shots. My heart rate was in the 160s and they were refusing to let me leave. It turned out I had the flu. Yet just the day before my primary care doctor said allergies. The receptionists are rude also to the point that my aunt is afraid to call to make me an appointment because they’re so hateful to her. Just recently we heard he was retiring so instead of going to him I went to the hospital. When I went to him as part of my follow up he was unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and hateful to my grandmother. I have no other choice but to go to him due to financial reasons but it’s not a very welcoming place. Dr Blereau and his nurse's took care of my son from the day he was born with Clift lip and pallet. I can't think them enough for getting us in quickly to make sure that he was fine when he would get sick and they still are taking care of me and my son till this day on! Thanks to Dr and staff!

I will never return to this office. During my visit I requested a less expensive alternative to a malaria medication. The Blereau office agreed to make the change but wrote the script incorrectly. When I went to fill the prescription the pharmacy pointed out the error. I tried to straighten out the mistake over the phone but the Blereau office was unwilling to fix their incorrect script. When I pointed out that their stance would cost me hundreds of dollars they said "we understand that". I will never return to this office.
