Im writing on behalf of my spouse who recently had a knee replace surgery done at Bayshore Medical Center., by Dr Borzio. Dr Borzio l want to thank you. Your expertise and professionalism put my spouse at ease . You took the time to explain the process Frankly lm quite surprised that he allowed you to have it done. In addition l want to thank the staff at the othopedic center. The physician' s assistant Josh ( forgive me if l didn't get your name right) and the office secretaries were totally professional. Thank you

Considering that I had no idea that I needed a hip replacement, the time that Dr. Borzio took to explain what was going on and why the replacement was needed was impressive. More impressive was the fact that when I had additional questions and called the office to speak with him, I got a call back almost immediately! The surgery was exactly as described and the recovery was absolutely painless. I have already recommended him to several of my clients. A+ experience!!

I met with Dr. Borzio maybe 3-4 times since March 2021 while I was preparing myself for a hip replacement, but in between he called me himself to answer questions about medication and discuss concerns. Then in August, AFTER Dr. Husain had performed lumbar fusion surgery on my back, and my other hip was causing me a great deal of pain, I boldly asked Dr. Borzio if he could replace BOTH hips. He thought about it briefly saying it was not so common, but because I was fairly young and had no other underlying health problems, he would do it. Fast forward to September 29, when he gave me my life back. I WALKED from the gurney to the bed in my hospital room just hours after the surgery! Today I am 3 weeks post surgery and walking almost a half mile each day without a cane. I am able to drive AND I even rode my bike for 2 miles the other day! Most important to me is that he told me I'd be skiing in March of 2022. I am so incredibly grateful for both of these doctors, that there aren't even enough words....

Top notch surgeon. Total hip replacement and went home same day as surgery because I felt fine. Follow up office visits very thorough and professional. Definitely a well educated and experienced surgeon.

Dr Borzio is the best Orthopedic Surgeon I've ever seen. He did a total knee replacement on me. I was out of pain immediately after surgery. His outcomes are excellent. Dr Borzio really cares about his patients. He takes the time to answer all your questions. I never felt rushed. He returns your calls if you have a question. Josh & Cindy his support staff are wonderful too. I highly recommend Dr Borzio if you have a knee or hip issue. He's Great!!

Dr.Borzio is a wonderful caring and attentive doctor.Always willing to take the time to listen to all of my endless questions and never rush u thru your appointment. Had both my knee replacements done by him and feel so much better. So glad he is my doctor.

Dr. Borzio is a wonderful surgeon. I had several medical problems that had to be addressed before i had surgery. He kept me notified of all details. He went out of his way to make me comfortable before and after my surgery. I saw him every day i was in the hospital. He was at my bedside before 7am explaining everything going on with me. Because of my medical condition, I had to remain in the hospital for several days. Dr. Borzio was efficient. He was spot on telling me what to expect as i recovered! I,Shari D. Young, recommend him highly. Consider yourself lucky if you have him as your surgeon. Not only is he a good doctor,he is a good guy!!!

D. Borzio was professional and provided ample information regarding my hip replacement surgery. I was thrilled with his level of expertise and my recuperation has been exactly as he described prior to surgery. I am now walking without pain in the hip and continue to gain flexibility and range of motion in the hip.

My hip replacement was in November and 3 months later, I have my life back. Dr Borzio and his team are amazing. Always available to help, caring and considerate. I even brought my family members to see him. I would recommend Dr Borzio to anyone, he is patient and answers every concern I voiced. Thank you again.

I came to Dr. Borzio with bone on bone osteoarthritis in my hip. Dr.Borzio explained everything from getting ready for surgery to what will happen after surgery. His staff was always there for anything I needed. Today I feel wonderful and would recommend Dr Borzio for any orthopedic need you may have.

cont from previous...healing. After over a year-long under Dr. Borzio’s care, mom has been slowly healing amazingly. In the beginning of the post-surgery visits, he really showed care when he found out mom’s blood sugar wasn’t regulated or controlled to what he thought was supposed to be. He pushed us to pursue better monitor with mom’s primary physician repeatedly. Mom used to fall a lot, but the number of falls is significantly lessened lately. She was even able to get up on her own after a fall since a few months ago. How I wished that he had operated on my’s first hip replacement 3 years ago. Dr. Borzio builds a name for himself by excellent works. Bravo, doctor, keep up your marvelous and ingenious work that many can be blessed by your wonderful mind and hands!

My knee replacement surgery was May 22nd. I had anxiety not knowing what to expect. Dr. Borzio explained each step from pre-op to post-op. He was very thorough in answering all of our questions, which put our minds at ease. The staff is exceptional. I received immediate and professional attention when needed. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Borzio, and his staff. BRAVO !!!

Dr Borzio and his staff were wonderful. He did my hip replacement surgery and everything he told me would happen did. I feel like I am 18 again LOL I highly recommend him.
