Doctor Boyles and nurse Tiffany the best people in the world.

Dr Boyles is competent, kind and efficient. He has always been on time. He listens to his patients and always responds in a timely manner. We are very blessed under his care.

They got me in the day I called. I was feeling extremely rough and they took both flu and covid tests. I still do not know the results and it has been over 1 1/2 weeks and I am over the illness. Sure wish the labs weren't so backed up.

There was almost no waiting; the doctor was ready for my appointment at the time I was scheduled for it. Thanks

I was called into the exam room exactly at the appointment time. By the time the PA took my vitals Dr. Boyles was in the room to conduct his exam of my issues. Dr. Boyles did not rush through the exam or explaining his diagnosis. I have always received this excellent level of medical care from UPC doctors, PAs and facilities staff.

It would be nice to find a doctor that listens to a patient. This one doesn’t! Doesn’t matter your history or what you say works for you in the past this one does what HE wants.

Always professional but also friendly. That creates a very relaxed atmosphere.

Dr. Boyle’s is a very caring doctor, very thorough, and genuinely cares for his patients. He listens and answers any questions you have.

Appointments are kept punctually. Questions and concerns are answered clearly and concisely. Curve-ball humor is quickly understood and accepted. There is no downside to visiting this doctor for me. In and out without unnecessary delays. Just to my liking and the reason for five stars.

Dr. Boyles takes extremely good care of my whole family. Wouldn’t trust anyone else but him and his staff. The whole Utica Park care system are great.

Utica Park Sand Springs (Prattville) is a great place for medical services. Fast in and out. Professional service, professional personnel. Always a positive experience. Going to the doctor can be a pain. They make it quick & easy.

Dr.Boyles is one of the best drs. I've ever had. He listens to my concerns and addresses them with solutions to give me the best outcome. His staff are always so kind and they always put me at ease.

Amazing experience and interaction with this office each and every time. Dr Boyles is awesome to deal with on every level. Highly recommend. A+++

Did not have an appointment. They were able to get me in by 1 p.m. I had Bronchitis. They had me in and out by 1:30 p.m. Went to get prescriptions and was back home by 1:45 p.m. I live pretty close by Utica Park & Wal-Green's. Dr. Boyles & his staff give great care and you don't wait an hour in the waiting room. Excellent care & service.

My son couldn’t walk and I got him in to see Dr.Boyles and he knew exactly what’s was wrong with him. He was so caring and no he is my sons hero!

Was professional and respectful. Diagnosed my problem pretty quick and got me on my way.

My husband had to beg for an orthopedic referral due to knee pain that Dr. Boyles "treated" over a year ago that had not gotten any better (worsened). He told my husband it was what happened when you went from doing nothing to running again (my husband is very fit and in his 20's). He refused to do anything, and said that an ortho surgeon would say the same. After I insisted on a referral the MRI showed a torn meniscus requiring surgery and a previous tear on his other knee as well requiring cortisone injections and extensive PT. If we hadn't advocated for ourselves my husband would be less than 30 and unable to jog around the block for the rest of his life. Dr. Boyles is the worst type of male ego letting his patients get hurt rather than listen to what they have to say or admitting he doesn't have an answer.

I really appreciate him. I've had an awful cough for a year and he wrote me a script for a nose spray that worked first time! No other drs thought of it.

Highly recommend Dr. Boyle’s. He was very efficient and had a good bedside manner. He diagnosed me almost immediately and acted quickly to get me on the right medication.

I recently sought care from Dr Boyle here after 2 visits and 3 weeks later, I was told to go to the emergency room in the middle of a pandemic and dismissed as if I was lying. Management condoned his behavior and I'm now seeking care else where who day 1 sent me for an MRI. Take your family somewhere else!!

I've been seeing him for over 2 years hoping he would get better as my primary Dr. He has got to be the worst Dr. I've had. and I have had a lot, (stage 4 cancer). I would not recomment him at all. I was just in because I thought I had an infection, and because of the COVID -19 I can't see my oncologist, he told me he couldn't help me to go to the emergency room. I left there went home and threw up. He just didn't care

I've been a patient of Dr. Boyles for three years. He has always been very professional and appears to be up to date on new issues and treatments. He always takes the time to discuss any concerns and ongoing treatments. Just a generally pleasant individual.

I have a very high regard for Dr. Boyles. His medical expertise is second to none. When faced with an adverse medical situation, as I have, he will take the time to assist you and resolve your problem. He and others within the Utica Park Clinic are superbly qualified to be a part of this successful organization.

Worst so called doctor ever! If you confront him wirh something then he gets red in the face - i'm asumming it"s from from anger. A real a-hole. Will tell you every excuse under the sun why he can't write some meds or refill them if transfering from another doctor even if you been taking them for 20 plus years! but then goes on to says "well I can I just won't" - He will cut you off cold and let you suffer with withdrawls pain and muscle spasms too. He doesn''t really seem to care too much and extremly arrogant. Not recommend for the elderly over 70 and definitely not recommend for the elderly with severe pain and multiple health problems. I take my elderly father in few times a week for blood work. He comes out smiling because he says "Nikki" is the Best when she draws blood and very kind. "Jessica" is a very sweet nurse and makes my dad want to come back because of them. Its so nice to see friendly staff who care. .

Dr Boyles is the best doctor I've ever had, he is not quick to write a prescription (I hate taking pills). he communicates very well in layman's terms. He makes it a point to answer all of my questions and make sure I understand everything before I leave. I highly recommend him

It was awful . He told me he could take care of my anxiety "in house " needless to say he didn't help me at all. He is a joke of a Dr!!

Dr Robert Boyles at Utica Park Clinic in Sand Springs is a complete dick I've never had an experience like what I just had... I had to change insurances and it required me to find a new primary care doctor.... I was only there to update my info and do an initial consultation... I take meds for ADD and for anxiety when needed.... when I told him this he went off on how he "won't prescribe my "anxiety meds" to anyone so I'm out of luck on that one" ... which seemed random and awkward.... I asked how it makes sense for a doctor to have tools at their disposal to do their job and to just arbitrarily refuse to consider something before you know *anything* about me... he said "does every mechanic fix transmissions?" ...I don't even know how that analogy applies... he went on to say, "I know there are some doctors who will just write scripts but I'm *not* one of them!" I asked if he was questioning Dr. Coggins' ethics (my pcp for the past 12 or so years) and he said that I was saying that, not him lol He then went off on my ADD meds asking if I had gone through actual testing or "just went to someone who asked if I needed it and write a script to make me happy" or something to that effect... I went through multiple rounds of psychological testing to get ADD meds and if the tests hadn't shown that I have ADD I wouldn't have *wanted* ADD meds ... I have never went to a uncaring Dr. Then Boyles .. I went in with AFIB he suggested I go to a heart dr. Which he was suppose to have already got me appt. For me .. My heart rate was 140 . All the Dr.s Have always done a ekg if my heart rate is high or they have sent me immediately to the ER .. He did nothing. I luckily got a appt. With a heart Dr. The next day who put me in the heart hospital for 4 days. I feel like I could have had a stroke .. Poor excuse for a Dr. I have never went to a uncaring Dr. Then Boyles .. I've been seeing Dr Boyle's for 9 years. Have had a few try to get me to their Dr or to the er.The other DR's don't know my background, meds,family ties etc.Dr Boyle's knows me when I come in and all I've been thru and most of all my meds.I won't leave him. He's great
