Dr. Brown took care of the problems that could address on the spot, showed me a far lesser in cost prescription option. Provided information on who to see about solving a more complex issue. He is fast, efficient an friendly.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Dr. Brown and the nurse took time to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I was amazed at how quickly the procedure was completed.

The appointment process was simple and easy. The reminders on my cell phone kept me aware so I wouldn’t miss it. I arrived and the receptionist was professional and squared away the insurance documents. The nurse was pleasant and very complete. DR BROWN is a great guy, give me a good once over, and I’m good to go. Top rate performance by the whole organization. Thank you.

Been going to Dr Brown for 15+ years and every visit is always upbeat and professional. From minor skin irregularities to removal of skin cancer Dr Brown has always been the ultimate pro, making sure I was aware of every step and follow up care.

Efficient and well done

Dr Brown and his staff are true professionals. Courteous, prompt and provide excellent medical care. I am a longtime patient and the quality of care never varies.

Never much of wait, if any. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Dr Brown is very approachable and just a great doctor to deal with.

I’ve had Dr. Brown for several years and he has been a great dermatologist! I showed him a normal looking mole on my wife’s arm and he took a Biopsy just to make sure and it was melanoma So it was caught in time and we appreciate his attentiveness and professional quality of care.

First visit with Dr. Brown and was very satisfied with visit. I have history of skin cancer and was concerned about one area. He was very thorough and did take biopsy of three area. Answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed in any way. His staff was very nice especially Diane.

I would not recommend dr. Brown. I went to see him for a couple of issues and he made a couple back handed comments about my skin that left me feeling pretty uncomfortable. “Moles, moles, moles…” and “wow you have really bad acne.” Yeah…that’s what I’m here for. I’m so sorry for coming to the dermatologist. It appears his sense of humor is rather dry, however I didn’t find any of it funny. I would not recommend dr. Brown. Dr Brown is not that professional. Unfortunately I had to go for referral but he couldn't have the enough knowledge to help me. And just prescribed medication out of the counter without trying something else... Very disappointed ☹️

Dr. Brown is my regular dermatologist and he always takes care of my skin issues..2020 was hard on everyone and my skin was no different..was finally able to get a diagnosis and Dr. Brown prescribed the right medication to correct what had devolved on my skin..can highly reccommend Dr. Brown and his practice.

The biggest thing I love about these guys, is their promptness! You don't have to sit forever to get into a room and then sit some more until the doctor comes in. You get in ON TIME and very little time waiting in the exam room. Doctor Brown is very good and his staff is as well.

Professional and caring.

Dr. Brown has been professional and courteous for the many years I’ve been treated by him. When Dr. Brown see’s me for any issue and if it’s non-surgical and a prescription is required, I’m out of there in no time. No need for a bed time story concerning the issue.

During my first visit I felt rushed. The office contacted me and were extremely concerned and helpful. Short version- I went back and everything was fantastic. I will return to Dr. Brown and have recommended him to my friend.

Like MOST Physicians in Florida, Robert Brown did as little as possible. He BARELY assessed me. I had to lift my dress and bend ovee in his face to look. I had a choice of 'punch' biopsy or not. I have Lupus and Sjogrens. He is either wholly negligent or wholly ignorant. NO DOUBT HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME. He wanted to make money with tests and send me off. Dermatology is critical. But I didn't need fancy tx. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND ENTIRE PRACTICE.

Went to Dr.Brown for daughter's eczema. Upon reaching the pharmacy, the pharmacist told me that both medications were contraindicated for children under two. She would call him to clear up his mistake. He never called her back. I called the office four times before getting ahold of someone. Two weeks later, they told me he would call the pharmacy back. He still hasn't. My daughter is still suffering from her symptoms and Dr. Brown has done nothing to help. I will never be going back.

just like any dermatologist, it's a quick glance and you're out. Charged for removing non-cancerous spots and charged again for someone to look at the non-cancerous spots. Just another number for doctor and staff
