Overall a great dentist office to go to. I have high anxiety and they try their best to get me through it. The ladies in the office are all fantastic!

Tammy is great even better with kids! Totally recommend this office. ????????

The front office ladies were friendly and attentive. Tammy explained everything that was happening and what the treatment plan would be. Making sure any questions I had were answered. Can you believe I can't wait to go back? Thank you for being refreshingly professional.

It is like visiting family every time. Never any discomfort with my cleaning.

The best experience I have had at a dentist office in a long time. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Even when it came to payment options, since I am currently uninsured, they were up front with fees and costs and payment arrangement options to help. Awesome staff very nice helpful

They are amazing!!!

Communication is horrible! Lady upfront is disrespectful! Told me everything was figured out to just end up wasting my time! Won’t be dealing with them again! If you don’t care to not know how much you are paying then go there because the dentist is at least good!

They are okay. But I’ve had to come back some times to fix fillings. I’ve had leakage and decay form around my teeth. honestly high key unsatisfied. But I will say Dr.Carter does in fact try to help my situations.

I have a hard time getting completly anesthetized. This is the very first time Ive gone to a dentist on a first visit and not felt any pain. He made sure that I was comfortable.

Very professional... Dealing with other dentist, it's refreshing to the entire staff caring for patients. I was totally informed of plan of action and the cost. I totally recommend this dental office.

I can not say enough good things about DR. Carter and his staff! I live in the Houston Texas area and was driving to Indiana when I started to get a severe toothache. I am so THANKFUL I found Dr. Carter's office! They could see I was in severe pain and very quickly and professionally accommodated me! I would absolutely recommend them. They charged more than they quoted me and did not do the services that I was told they would do for my son. I even told them not to do anything if they couldn't pull the tooth however they still did not pull the tooth and charged my card more than quoted. Told my son he could wait on the tooth that was hurting him. The reason he went in the first place. And gave him a deep cleaning. After i strictly instruxted them not to do anything if they could not remove the tooth. They still charged over 100 more than quoted and did not remove 2 teeth. Will not return my calls.
