Dr. Charles is the BEST. My opinion and concerns were heard and a huge part of my treatment. He takes time to listen to me, and explains his treatments and diagnosis, calls back when I needed to speak to him. Dr. Charles is a concerned and attentive doctor. He is also well liked among the other health care workers at the hospital, he brings a smile to everyone that wants one!! Every procedure and issue I had over the years were addressed with compassion.

I called scheduling and they could not fit me in for two months!! However Kathy from the office called me back the same day offering a few appointments for me! I honestly needed to get in sooner due to missing work! Kathy called me back 20 min later (I think she worked some magic) (in addition to Dr. Charles fitting me in) I waited 5 days for my appointment at the Keystone Kidney Center in Warrington where Dr Charles preformed a sonic wave lithotripsy! Kathy was extremely friendly snd very accommodating! My instructions for prep were thorough! Once I arrived at the Kidney Center my nurses greeted me immediately and took me back for prep! When I was in the dressing room I heard Dr Charles come in and greet the nurses with a big “Hello, How is everyone’s day?” That was a nice a feeling to hear him greeting his staff! Once I was prepped Dr Charles greeted me with friendliness and he was extremely kind! Best bedside manner Iv seen in awhile! The Anesthesiologist Dr was also gentle and thorough!!! My experience was great! Dr Charles then went out to my mother and explained everything that happened and after care! Both of my sones 4mm & 8mm were broken up!!! Hopefully in the road to recovery. A wonderful, very caring doctor. Goes out of his way to make you comfortable. I can not say enough about Dr. Charles, he is great. Tim Foster
