Dr. Robert Alan Coben

No bedside manner. Just a nasty disposition. Did not help

I would have left no star if I could have. Do not use him. Waiting for a report from a January 2021 evaluation. Getting the runaround and. No-one answers the phone. My family needs the report and I paid for it too. So frustrated.

Dr Coben has no interest in the health and well being of people, he is only interested in his research and being important. His office staff has no oversight Dr. Coben is in Arkansa not NY. The staff and techs in NY are beyond incompetent. What that means is that they are more than likely to hurt you and mistrain your brain. Be aware be very aware. I had to put a star for the review, they deserve no stars. they are incompetents and will only take your money.

My daughter struggled so much. School and home was so stressful. After going to this offfice she has learned coping mecanisims. I as a parent have learned what my child needs, deserves and is untitled to at school.

My daughter went there several years ago. We were told that with neurofeedback we could change the way her brain works. We were also told that we can see images of her brain before and after (the neurofeedback) in order to see the changes that were made. We'll believe it or not after a lot of money & time she was one of 100 whose brain hadn't changed at all! What a disappointment.

Dr. Coben is a neuropsychologist who is an expert in neurofeedback. He helped my son overcome ADHD, and my other son overcome computer addiction, and speech and writing issues. I believe in neurofeedback and I only trust Dr. Coben with my children's brains! He knows what he is doing.
