Dr. Robert L Daniels

I first met Dr Daniels in 2017 when I was diagnosis with a acoustic neuroma. (brain tumor). I was referred to Dr Daniels. My husband and I could not have made it through this event without him and his staff (especially his nurse Carol).They are professional. knowledgeable, compassionate and respectful. We would recommend Dr Daniels & Carol to anyone. Amazing people. Love this office

I almost never submit reviews for anything but after seeing all the “five star” reviews for Dr. Daniels I decided to contribute. From my experience, I have to conclude that any good reviews about this physician are fake or from friends & family. This man is rude and offensive. He spent most of our appointment telling me how lucky I was to see him because he is “so accomplished in his practice” but he wasn’t able to take care of my problems because “he doesn’t do that part of ENT” Then he tried to convince my mother-in-law to purchase hearing aids during MY appointment. If you’re looking for a real ENT, look elsewhere! I paid for a consult from who I thought was a head & neck surgeon but I got a sales pitch from an arrogant salesman instead. Bait & switch has found it’s way into medicine.

Dr. Daniels and his team took great care of me during my recent stapedectomy surgery. He made sure I was comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend him, he is a wonderful surgeon

Excellent Dr.

Dr. Daniels was fantastic. I had an acoustic neuroma (vestibular schwannoma) brain tumor surgery with Dr. Daniels this spring. I did a lot a research before hand as the surgery is a highly complicated operation that calls for a highly skilled ENT surgeon as well as an experience neurosurgeon. He came highly recommended from a number of professionals in the industry and after getting a second opinion at Mayo Clinic and vetting many options, I felt very comfortable with Dr. Daniels. The surgery was a success! Dr. Daniels was very confident in his recommendations, he provided detailed explanations, and took the time to visit me in the hospital multiple times during my recovery. I had cochlear implant surgery from Dr Daniel’s Associate Dr. It was Magnificient and after 2 years, I am scoring 76 percent when tested !! My only suggestion is to not send CI patients to Western Michigan University for programming. I transferred to University of Michigan and received all the information and tools I needed to adapt and adjust to my new experience. WMU sadly did not even provide anything but basic information and no instruction on maintainance, Request a different programmer!

Dr Daniels is the only person I would trust with my sons ears. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He tells us all he knows and is great talking directly with my son and his questions.

Dr Daniels was over an hour late for our appt, in which he never apologized for this. Supposed to be transferring to him from another doctor so there were records he should have been viewing before. Discussed medical history with the Resident who the dictated to Dr Daniels. Dr Daniels then wanted to take surgical measures without viewing past history and having proper testing done. He tried to walk out of the appointment before discussing my second child. He questioned if I knew what I was doing

Dr. Daniels is very knowledgeable, skilled, and confident in what he does. He was able to properly diagnosis my hearing loss, when other ENT doctors in the area could not. Would recommend Dr. Daniels to anybody who is experiencing hearing loss.
