Dr. Robert J Diecidue

Terrible experiences and incompetent office. Dr refused to answer my question “what if insurance doesn’t cover surgery” instead insisting “it will be covered.” I waited several months (+7) for insurance approval only to be told I’m not a candidate for the procedure. Imagine having 6 graduate degrees and being that out of touch with insurance criteria in your own field...and then too proud to admit you made a mistake. The office manager is so unprofessional that numerous times I thought I was being pranked- his ineffective behavior and excuses were that bad. I have been trying to schedule surgery for almost a year and still don’t have approval or an admission that they were wrong about me being a good candidate. I asked for self pay options and never heard back, which is what I’ve come to expect from this disorganized, disrespectful clown show. There is no accountability or respect for my time. My referring doctor thinks I’m exaggerating; I am disgusted with all of them.

I had an implant. The process went very well!!!’ I recommend this surgeon with the highest regards!!!!!

Dr. Diecidue, is the best dentist I have ever been to and I am over 80 years old. I had to have a tooth pulled and I felt no pain after the typical " shot " to numb the gums. The tooth was out in literally 30 seconds . It was not the first tooth I have lost , but it is the first one that stopped bleeding in an hour, did not swell up like the others and never required pain medicine at home. What dexterity. He is a great surgeon,

Dr Diecidue allowed his resident to perform my complicated surgery and totally ruined my jaw. After the next corrective surgery, he and his staff of “experts” couldn’t fix the problem. Rather than hand me off to an experienced Dr, his ego wouldn’t allow it. Function and appearance are awful. I should have sued but never did. After he screwed up my jaw and face for life, he had the nerve to charge $6000. For some of the procedure. I never paid and they never pursued knowing I could sue for $$

This doctor promised me he would follow up on his non-effective botox treatments by cleaning up the inside of my jaw-joint. However he refused to clean the inside of my jaw-joint after his pointless procedure had failed. Like many doctors he likes to tell you that if he had a reason to operate he would, which is a clear admittance of his ignorance. Subluxating jaws could be cured through prolotherapy, something this doctor should know (no surgery required).

He's a dentist, not a jaw specialist. He doesn't even know how to administer prolotherapy for subluxating jaws, let alone diagnose them. Thanks for ripping me off Mr. Diecidue with your useless and ill-informed botox injections.

Dr. Diecidue is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is not only highly skilled, insightful and professional, but is also one of the most caring and compassionate physicians one could ask for. He explains everything about a procedure, sedation and recovery and has spent a great deal of time with me at every visit. The team of residents and technicians who assist him are also wonderful. Together, they have made my surgeries as peaceful and painless as could be.

I should have known from the first day of consultation he wasn't good. I saw him only for 10 sec at the end of my consultation after his resident Doctor spoke to me. Not enough time to build trust. Then on the day of my surgery I was hooked up and ready to go. An hour passed and no show of the Doctor. Finally another resident came in and began my surgery. It began and ended without me ever seeing this Doctor that I booked my surgery with.
