Dr. Dimeglio exceeded my expectations. He did not rush during my appointment, he listened to and answered all of my questions/concerns. He also talked to me about life and how to prepare as an ageing man. I felt like my friend just happened to be my Dr. He's very thorough which is a great quality in a Physician.

Have been waiting to have a procedure done for 2 months now and all of their equipment to provide a cystoscope is being serviced is what I was told , this is really unprofessionally especially being told only within 48 hrs of the scheduled service . And when I asked so do I need to reschedule was told well if they have a opening they will call me to go back to Buckhead location Fayetteville is not doing them ? Informed the appointment scheduler of my issues and that i was pregnant. Was given an apt the next day - perfect. That's about where my praise stops. I showed up to the apt to be seen for about 5 minutes and told there was nothing they could do without an ultrasound which someone would call me in 3-5 days (still never got a call). Basically, no help at all while being in pain and pregnant. Will never go back. I wrote this back in December 2020 - to this day 1/19/21 - i still have never gotten a call back from them. I have been using Dr. Dimeglio for about 20 years. He is the best in my opinion. I was tempted to change to another practice ONLY due to the distance from my home. I decided against it because he knows my medical history so well and I didn't want to start out with someone new.

Had a problem and needed to be seen quickly. Was offered appointment the next day. Staff and Dr. DiMeglio were very professional and took care of my problem. Waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room and about 5-6 minutes in the examination room. Very pleased.

Robert Dimeglio, MD is great. I knew I had a UTI. My doctor and Gynecologist kept telling me I didn’t even tested negative. I went to Dr. Dimeglio and he helped me. He told me that I did in fact have a UTI and he gave me meds to help me immediately. He wanted to look in my bladder and at my kidneys. Had a spot removed from my kidney. Surgery went ok. Afterwards had bleeding, hematoma, clogged duct, severe pain, almost lost kidney. A different surgeon saved the kidney and now is fully functional. Dr. DiMeglio refused to treat the hematoma, and advised letting the kidney die. I had spent a month in and out of the hospital for things resulting from the surgery. When my new surgeon fixed everything, I was home the next day and had no more problems. I do NOT recommend Dr. DiMeglio at all.

My visit with Dr. DiMeglo was great. He's very knowledgeable and insightful. I was very pleased with how fast things moved when I arrived for my appointment. However, due to no fault of their own my insurance information showed that I had not met my deductible so I paid out of pocket - then my insurance sent a payment resulting in an over payment. I have been trying since May to receive my refund/mailed check. Mary in the billing office will not return my calls nor did she call me August 5th as she said she would . It is now August 22nd. Dr. Dimeglio makes an excellent effort to respond to any questions or problems. He seems to be truly interested in your condition and what will best accommodate one's needs.

Dr Rob DiMeglio saved my life when I had Kidney cancer back in 2004. He removed the kidney that contained the tumor. Very personable fellow with a very good bedside manner. Wonderful staff as well. I highly recommend Dr DiMeglio. He will always me 'my' urologist.
