I am so grateful for Dr. Eitches and Dr. Baum. They have seen me through several phases of allergy and asthma attacks both as a child and as an adult. My most recent visit was today. Dr. Baum fit me in after I was suffering for a few days with bad asthma. I hadn’t been in years as I’ve been fine. The doctor took her time to assess and treat me and I feel both physically and emotionally relieved. Can’t rate this office high enough. Thank you thank you ????

Dr. Eitches has been helping my family for at least 20 years. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. The office staff is equally friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience.

My sons have received dedicated care from Dr Eitches for 10 years. Prior to meeting Dr Eitches, there were many trips to the ER and even a hospital stay due to my older son’s asthma. With the proper testing, maintenance medications and education my son’s asthma is well managed. He has not been to the ER or experienced an asthma attack in 10 years. The pandemic is filled with stress as it is - but when you get sick and have to see a doctor...that multiplies. Dr. Eitches is a great reliever of stress. Friendly, expert staff. Very comprehensive approach and great personalities - the long-forgotten bedside manner!

I have seen many allergy and immunology specialists in recent years. None gained my trust or gave me hope. Maxine Baum accomplished both in one consultation. I look forward to working with her to better understand and manage my health challenges. She listened and heard me. I believe that is the paramount feature in good care.

Dr. Baum’s initial video consult was amazing. I didn’t feel rushed and she was so attentive to what my issues were. Her questions and suggestions showed to me that she has a genuine care for her patients and I am excited about the follow-up plan she’s made for me.

Dr. Eitches knows what he’s doing. Allergies can feel difficult to diagnose and overwhelming to manage and Dr Eitches came up with a long term workable plan for me that didn’t just bandaid my symptoms. We have been seeing Dr. Eitches for almost 10 years. Bringing minors to get an allergy assessment comes with great anxiety for both the parents and children. From the moment, we entered, the receptionists smiled and greeted us. The nurses are knowledgable and helpful. This time around, Lupe was amazing! Many people are nice, but less are kind. My family can rave about Dr. Eitches all day. He has connected with us & that’s one of the reasons, we keep coming back. He leaves room for questions and the conversation soon becomes dialogue, even with the children! He is very engaging and his expertise is obviously, top tier. Great doctor - smart, concerned, and responsive. Also wonderful and caring staff.

Dr. Eitches thoughtfully, kindly and thoroughly advised me on how to proceed with what was an adverse reaction that I experienced. We discussed how I might move forward and what medications to avoid another event.

This was our first encounter having a Dr’s visit via Zoom. Dr Eitches did not disappoint, he was very attentive and was able to evaluate my daughters skin very efficiently. We look forward to seeing him again in office or via zoom.

I've never had a zoom doctors appointment, but I must say it was a very pleasant experience. Not so much because it was zoom, but Because of Dr. Baums' enthusiasm and care for patients that comes across through zoom.

Dr. Baum always listens and has my health as a priority. She is thorough and makes me feel safe to say anything and always gives me solutions. She is honest and a great Doctor.
