Robert Anthony Giles

Old but never late. This doctor was totally incompetent and he will use the excuse of ignorance. I came to Claremont hospital over 20 years ago with about 40 dime-sized bandages on my back. I was in my early 30s and I had not been able to use the bathroom or walk after a series of injections known as prolotherapy. I believe they changed the name to rejuvenated medicine. Dr Giles did not order one test for me, did not do any medications besides leave a Foley catheter in my bladder or better known as the urethra and sent me home with bactrim. If Giles had given me steroids immediately because I was in the precious window to prevent further injury to my spinal cord I would be running and walking with my children. Later on that night and the following days I became totally paralyzed from chest down. Giles was found not liable possibly because the jurors were black and he is also black. I am often guilty for having sympathy towards someone that is black because I am of color too but in this case it was a shame because his incompetence prevented me from having a wonderful healing. So that's my experience with him. Would I recommend him for an emergency? Never in a million years.
